A nice little twin stick shooter with plenty of levels offering a blend of blasting and simple puzzles. Nice to look at and reasonably good fun but I couldn't help the feeling that it would've been a minor classic with the inclusion of Gravitar style physics. Pretty good as it is though.

PixelJunk Shooter is another game where you have to collect your way to the next level. It can be enjoyable, but it will get tedious after some time .

I got this free on PS+ and wasn't expecting much having never heard of the game. This game blew my expectations away and I had so much fun playing this in couch co-op with my boyfriend. Most definetiyl one of the most fun enjoyable gaming experiences I've had on the PS4 so far. Not a triple A title, but it doesn't cost very much, and is a fun, light game to pick up and play and lose yourself in.

PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate is an outstanding compilation of two PSN classics, which serves as a reminder of why these fluid-focused shooters were originally so much fun.

El mejor matamarcianos que he jugado en mi larga vida de jugador. Por supuesto, no es el típico y desfasado mata-mata de esquivar puntitos en una pantalla (porquería de Sine Mora). Aquí hay que darle al casco y resolver pequeños decorados para pasar al siguiente. Buena variedad y buenos jefes. No apto para torpones. Y encima las dos partes remasterizadas. Una indiscutible obra maestra indie que debería haber recibido el mismo buen trato que joyas como Limbo.

There are points were the game could have been more refined, such as the ‘Dig-Dug’ inspired levels, giving more attack options or not forcing the player to collect diamonds to progress through stages. Yet, PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate explores a different territory in the twin-stick shooter genre.

With more than 150 stages and plenty of scientists to collect, PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate is a fun action game for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. I wish the shooting was a little deeper and I could have done without the Hungry Suit, but this is an easy game to recommend for both casual and hardcore fans of the genre.

A smart and fun game, with a lot of shooting and puzzles for you to deal with. Unfortunately, its controls are sometimes imprecise, and it does not abound in variety.

This game is pretty fun and addictive actually ...... the game is fluid with great visuals and great sound tracks and a variety of levels and It's so challenging and will get you playing for at least 10 hours don't play just the first level and come here saying this game is **** .... try beating the first episode you'll find it so fun I beat the whole game and It's surly a must

Nice little indie game with comfortable controls and creative levels! Its a great value if you can get it for free (as ps plus member). Pixel Junk is fun game!

A fun 2d spaceship shooter sort of in the style of Galaga or Resogun. PJSU has enough variety in levels, weapons and enemies to keep the game interesting for several hours. Collectibles and secret areas help give the game some added depth. The game features online multiplayer but I can't say I enjoyed it much. The controls felt more clumsy and sluggish online than they had in single player and the matches are quite unforgiving.

Free game in ps plus so I shouldn't be complaining but the game is ok if you like games based on basic mechanics and older style console gameplay,,,,it's fun if you are bored out your mind,,,,
