This game is adorable, sure, but where it really succeeds is with its motion control, which seems to give you a direct link with the cute animal on the screen. High-end visuals and animation work with this to complete the illusion of having this wild pet in your living room.

You will be hard-pressed to find a better game for kid's. Cute, fun and gets them some exercise. It won't replace playing outside, but on a cold rainy day, it sure beats tapping thumbs on a controller.

Not just cats, but Kinectimals: Now with Bears – the game now truly has a touch of Teddy bear 2.0. Sure there's still room for improvement with the Kinect sensing. More perceived freedom in how you play is the right way to make the most of good graphics and extreme cute factor. Offers an exotic virtual pet and loads of fun with it.

A well-made children's game. And I'd better manage to convince some of you of this notion because, damn, I'm still suffering from some tennis elbow after all the arm swinging I've done.
