A great sandbox game. I like that it's not just throwing stuff around, but rather playing games inside... a game, eat, and surfing the internet. You can also do the objectives, which are just as fun! But it's too short, to be honest, and the platinum is too easy.

I like it, but the day shift jobs are too short. It would've beeen better if they added more jobs.

I realize that I never gave this a review when I played it, and I honestly think I should. In our quest for some good, fun VR games, my brother and I stumbled across this “Job Simulator” game. I don’t tend to play these “simulator” types of games, but I thought that having a VR simulator game would be more fun. I wasn’t expecting to absolutely adore everything about this game, but it honestly threw me for a huge loop: this game ended up becoming far and away one of my favorite VR games against all odds, which is no small feat for a pretty cheap game that might not look fantastic on the outside. “Job Simulator” is a simple concept: you are in the year 2050 in a world dominated by robots, taking part in simulated jobs that humans once accomplished. It’s simple, but it’s executed phenomenally. The game controls very well in the VR, and the jobs themselves work thanks in no small part to the game’s overall sense of exaggeration. In the game, you have the option to work a desk job, a chef job, a retail clerk job, or an auto repair job. All four of these jobs have their own unique flairs to them, and they take bizarre but colorful spins on those jobs, resulting in an experience that turns the mundane into something really fun. It’s very accessible, and probably the perfect introduction game to VR for audiences of all ages. Visually, while the game’s graphics aren’t mind-blowing, I do think they fit the game well: the environments are crafted with solid attention to detail, fitting with the tone of parody and satire, and the game is certainly plenty colorful. And while the game obviously isn’t story-focused, it does build a bit of a universe and utilizes a lot of absurdist humor, which works. I enjoy some absurdist humor every once in a while and…what can I say other than that the game is hilarious? Bottom line, I cracked up all throughout the game, not only for its bizarre settings and gameplay ideas, but for the humor of the game’s robots. If anything is keeping this from being a truly essential experience, I just wish the game was longer. While the game is fantastic while it lasts, it really doesn’t last long. It’s not difficult whatsoever to beat the game in a single sitting (the game is only about 2-3 hours), and I can’t help but feel like this game is just begging to be expanded on. There’s not much of a reason to go back after beating each job once, and I think the game is more than deserving of some DLC with new sets of jobs. Even so, while it lasts, “Job Simulator” is a really great time. This is the kind of game that utilizes its VR controls well, and also adds an extra kick of fun in just how off-the-wall and absurd it gets. It’s the kind of game that simple and accessible enough for young players, while also being hilarious and inventive enough for older gamers. It’s definitely a strong introductory VR game, and I highly recommend it. As short as it is, I’m sure you’ll have a blast with it. Final rating: 9 out of 10 “Awesome”

This game is hilarious and super fun, don't get me wrong, but as soon as all 4 jobs are done, there is nothing else to do in the game, along with that, the jobs are extremely small and can be completed really quickly.

This game, much like Accounting + in the way that it is truly good for one play through is a hilarious entry into VR. I enjoyed the jobs although some felt long, the graphics and tongue-in-cheek narration had me rolling. Especially the mechanic job and Ramsay bot! I'd catch this game on sale, if you could and play it, if you haven't. Total play time about two hours.

This was one of the first VR games that I played and it was enjoyable. If you enjoy "office space" humor than this is worth playing. Definitely worth checking out if you are new to VR as well as you stand in place the whole time avoiding any movement issues.

What kind of game is it? Its a job simulator, the name is perfect. Was it fun? Out of all of the VR games, this is the best one I played. Are there any similar games? This is really tapping into a semi-new genre. There are other real world simulators but not quite like this. Would you play it again? Yea, I think there is some replayability. Any complaints? Its simple, its works great but I couldn’t imagine playing this for 100+ hours.

A fun romp through four different jobs: office worker, cook, mechanic, and convenience store clerk. Updates include an endless mode with random tasks for each job.

demo was insanely fun so I had to buy the full game, found the full game just repeated the stuff I did in the demo, after I had completed all 4 jobs I really felt no reason to come back to this at all and honestly feel as though the 4 times I played the demo I pretty much exhausted most of the game. Also due to this game being designed for vr setups with multiple cameras the controls too often didn't work well and a turning option would have saved me a lot of frustration. Pros - Fun to throw stuff around, rewarded for trying new things, good visuals, good demo for what VR is capable of Cons - each job is about 45 mins of enjoyment until your burnt out, vr issues due to the style of game requiring you stand exactly one distance from your camera opposed to calibrating to where you are like rec room does. overpriced. 5/10 play the free demo a few times and save your money.

I loved this game. Its vibrant colors and easy to just pick up and play. For the length I thought it should be cheaper but I still would purchase it regardless. Each job has its own little tasks and you can just mess around without messing the tasks up. I felt they could of left it a bit more open with what you could do on your own. But many neat aspects are added to this game that make it fun. I wish there was more levels. Or some level add ons or task addons but they have not added anythin on PSVR. I liked watching people play this on you tube so much that I went and bought the VR. I am not upset. Thus is one accessory I actually enjoy. This is not a game to miss. Fun for all ages

Great game and a lot of fun. It's great for when people come over and want to try out my VR headset, anyone can pick it up and play. The only real complaint I have is content vs price. There should be more considering the price of it, you can run through all the content in just a few hours.

This sandbox is amazing. There's so much to do. There's so much fun to be had. Take the time to enjoy the world created, scour every desk drawer and every crevasse, and you will enjoy this game so thoroughly you'll be left wanting more.

Fun game a bit pricey not much to say other than that "Get to work". People having trouble with tracking have issues with their camera placement. Get yourself a 2" Velcro strip and place 2x2" inch squares anywhere you want to set up your camera.

The best first time experience for players new to hand motion. Simple yet fun with lots of possibility's. Its only a few hours but you can still enjoy the game after you have played through all of the different jobs. This is one of the best vr games for motion controls out there yet in my opinion. I noticed that other reviews mentioned bad tracking. The tracking has nothing to do with the game it self, calibrate you headset and restart you playstation 4 from time to time and the tracking works amazing.

Gives about 3 hours of fun. Once it's done, there isn't an awful lot of replay value, but it's great to show people the sense of presence you can get in VR. 5 years from now, this game will be totally irrelevant. For now, it is definitely an experience worth having. Tracking on hands can be a bit rubbish some times though, but that's the Move controller's fault.

One of my top 5 games on PS VR right now. It is a fun game that can offer 3-4 hours of game play if you get the very easy platinum trophy that it has. for 30 dollars that's not ideal, but compared to other VR games available right now it is decent. If this game was 10 dollars cheaper it would be a much better value. I also had tracking issues with the move controllers once in a while and even once or twice with the VR headset, but nothing that made me sick or made the game a pain to play.

Fun game, But i think the price point is a little high at 39.99. lest to me it felt like the game was over fast and now just a sandbox game to mess around it. but it was a great short moment.

great game! But the tracking of the headset is making the world move by its self when you standing still. The camera tracking is not good enough. but other than that, its really fun to play.
