Jett Tailfin is a bugging game with some redeemable quality, namely the beautiful world it takes place in. However, the fact that the multiplayer ends up between two entirely different kinds of racing genres makes this game a must-have for no one.

There are plenty of other — more talented and deserving — fish in the sea.

These “joyful” feelings will disappear after 10 or 15 minutes because of problematic controls. They are stiff, not easy to master and the camera movement tends to make things even worse.

Jett Tailfin may seem like a decent proposal, given its Mario Kart inspiration and the amount of tracks, characters and background...but this quickly gets lost in a sea of faulty controls, a camera which does more harm than good, frequent slowdowns, poor artificial intelligence and a shoddy visual environment.
