The game isn't bad and there is a lot of game to be had for your $10 and it is a good showcase of what the playstation move can do but it is just so hard to recommend this game when tumble is available for the same price.

Funky Lab Rat is a gem. It's extremely enjoyable to play with the Move controller. The platforming and puzzles are satisfying and the graphics and music are very charming. Funky Lab Rat ties Trine for my favorite PSN platformer and really deserves more attention. Pick up this game and you'll be pleasantly surprised (and addicted). At least try out the demo - Funky Lab Rat is a great change of pace.

Funky Lab Rat is a good surprise. I never heard about it before its release. I downloaded the demo. At first I liked it but not that much, and overall I was not convinced. I then read the Eurogamer review and finally bought it. Well guys, all I can say is that the game is worth the hard earned money I spent for it! If the game may seem too easy at the beginning, this is not the case anymore with the next levels. It is really really REALLY challenging. I already spent around 6 hours on it and only reached world 7... I think that the gameplay length is about 12 hours. The only drawback I can think about is that this little game is too addictive. It is this kind of games for which you say "still one level"... and 2 hours later you are still playing. I recommand this game. You will not be disappointed.

This is a fun little puzzle game. You're a lab rat solving single-screen physics platforming puzzles, and you have the power of selective telekinesis snf the Sands of Time power (freeze, rewind). The time manipulation has, so for, only worked as a redo or freeze effect (allowing you to move some objects around the screen), which is fine, but I hope it gets a little deeper in the future. I'm only on the 4th "world". The puzzles are designed such that even if you complete one, you may still have to return to get 100% completion (collecting little green pills). Playstation Move support is good - nothing fancy, but fairly straightforward. The rat always carries around a flashlight that can be guided with the playstation move and is used to dissipate fogs in order to reveal exits or pills. You also use the move to grab and manipulate objects when the telekinesis is in use. This is a pretty effective use of the move, and is definitely quicker and more enjoyable with a Move controller than with the analog stick. If you do use a move controller, you'll need to hold a nav controller or a sixaxis controller in your secondary hand in order to move the rat. There was a little glitch once at the outset that caused the Move controller to not activate. I reset the game and it worked fine. Graphics are simple and cartoony, a little twisted. Sound and music aren't bad and compliment the game well. Good for a quick pickup and play game, good to play with other people giving advice on the harder levels, and fun with a move controller.

Bought this game yesterday people, and i can honestly say its a breath of fresh air, simple, yet addictive, and if your into your puzzles, then you will welcome this with open arms. This is a psn game supported by move, this game does not fully utilize the move to full capacity, however it doe's a damn good job, while keeping it interesting, fun, and entertaining at best. Also the colours on move with this game is ace. On top of this very good price, alll 100% reccomend.
