The blending of mechanics, particularly in later levels, may cater a little more towards the hardened Cut The Rope veteran, but there's much to be enjoyed by everyone in this new adventure. It represents a bold evolution for the core gameplay, the levels are as tightly designed as you'd expect, and there'll no doubt be many more of them in future updates.

Even though the game is a little bit too easy for my taste, Cut the Rope: Time Travel is still the perfect follow-up to Cut the Rope and Cut the Rope: Experiments, and a real lesson in how to make a sequel and how to make it right.

Cut The Rope: Time Travel ($0.99, iPhone / $2.99, iPad) builds upon a great base to deliver some exquisite touchable fun that is a should buy. The game might not be ground breaking, but it’s still plenty entertaining as you travel through the six included time periods.
