Being a fan of the original games, I had to try this out. It's a good return to form for the franchise as I wasn't a huge fan of Cut the Rope 2 (I felt it was too greedy and repetitive. Challenge level should've been bumped up), but I loved Time Travel, Experiments, and the original game. It's got lots of diversity and the challenge level has been spiked. Seriously there were a few levels I had to use the solution to! Also the art style is gorgeous. Parts of the game could be a rip off as unlocking all the levels requires $30 which is steep since it's already a paid game, but the purchases can be avoided pretty easily if you just naturally progress through the game. All in all, it's not quite as brilliant as the first game but it certainly can live up to it if more is added. It's very diverse like the first game

It’s a tasty puzzle experience that offers more of what Cut the Rope fans love, plus it has a few magic tricks up its sleeve.

The game is an absolute joy to play, with even better visuals and more of the incredibly smooth gameplay fans of the series have come to expect from Zepto Lab.

Cut The Rope Magic delivers more of the same Cut The Rope action, but with brand new entertainment making it well worth picking up.

I still recommend giving Cut the Rope: Magic a try, but beware of the underhanded tactics that the developers have gone through to try and get even more money from you. If you’re forced to use a hint, just force quit and restart — that’s what I did.
