I play this game a lot and it's actually very good! You evolve diseases to kill the person but, they go to the hospital and you need to stop the hospital too! Lots of replayability and it's addicting! Totally reccomend it! But sadly there are micro transactions but not many.

Plague Inc with a personal twist. While much more limited and not as varied, the dark humour, medical accuracies and decent gameplay make it an ok free alternative if you're very cheap
