Mr. Robot: Season 15

This show just didn't click with me. I feel a little unfair because I appreciate the effort the show makes. It addresses interesting topics and has a cast of well-rounded characters. For me, it felt a bit overly dramatized and I don't think the antagonists were written well enough because I didn't really feel that invested in them, neither in a positive nor negative way.

I liked this show a lot. I won't start ranting about how much I loved it, I just found it very enjoyable to watch, like a nice warm cup of tea. It has a very peculiar sense of humour but one that works and very lovable characters. The twist (you know the one I'm talking about) is well pulled off and I have to say, I would not have seen that coming.

A delight to watch. Characters, humor, pacing, mythological inspiration, emotions and crime come together in this delicious show that I loved watching.

Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency: Season 110

My feelings towards this show can be summed up very briefly: this is the only time I've ever been sad about the cancellation of a show. This show is very close to my heart and I'm devastated to see it go but I will forever cherish the existing seasons. Maybe a bit confusing at the beginning, but definitely worth watching. Everything will make sense later, I promise. And it will be so satisfying.

The End of the F***ing World: Season 17

[MINOR SPOILERS] While James' transformation from self-proclaimed psychopath to a young boy in love comes across as a little idealistic, the show does feel very grounded in reality. I loved Alyssa's blunt honesty in all things. The show was sad at times, happy and bittersweet at others. My favorite were the side characters, especially the security guy. Something about that scene really touched me. A series worth watching.

The Orville: Season 13

This review is based only on the first episode because that's all I needed to see. If not for the simply gorgeous set designs and CGI I would've given this a 2 out of 10. The jokes don't land. The character interaction is awkward. Scenes that I assume should've been emotional were not. The final resolution does not feel earned because there is no suspense. I was just not emotionally invested. Additionally to all that, there is not one character I like. The main character is boring and uncharismatic. I hate the fact that the first episode set up his cheating wife to be a sympathetic, helpful figure that had hints towards potentially becoming a love interest. I do give partial blame to the music score that was not very emotional or well done as well as the unsuccessful framing of the shots which, I think, along with some editing pacing wise, could have saved this episode and kept me watching.
