Digimon World Data Squad

Data Squad is a very underrated PS2 RPG. It improves upon prior Digimon World games by having more playable digimon then prior digimon world games, faster load times for battles and a better soundtrack then those games. It's better then Digimon World 3 because you can battle with 3 digimon at once in battle instead of only 1v1 which massively limited the depth of fights in World 3. Digimon World 2 had 3 digimon in your party you could battle with, but the game had long loading times and the dungeons were sometimes annoying to navigate because of the traps in the dungeons. In Data Squad you got 3 digimon per fight you can battle with, normal RPG exploration, you can very clearly see digivolution requirements unlike prior games where digivolution requirements were more vague and the game has faster loading times then previous digimon world titles and a really good soundtrack.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Tears of the Kingdom is very disappointing. My worst fear came true with this game. Nintendo played it too safe with Tears of the Kingdom and it feels almost exactly alike Breath of the Wild. This game is one of the least innovative Zelda games ever. Instead of a new Hyrule we're in almost the same exact one as Botw. Combat is the exact same with no new moves for Link to use in battle, the food system is the same as BOTW, the shrines are the same where you get 4 orbs or as they're called here blessing of light and trade for stamina or heart upgrade. The bosses are better in this game though than BOTW. The new powers like the ultra hand and having to make raft devices **** cause the rafts go crashing sideways into a wall even when I set it up correctly and you're forced to do this at many point. Every Zelda prior to this introduced new mechanics like Majora's mask introduced the masks and the forms Link could transform into, wind waker introduced sailing and rolling during combat, skyward sword had motion controls and flying through the sky, ocarina introduced 3D zelda and horseback riding on Epona. In Tears of the Kingdom? Nothing. There is really no new gameplay mechanics, not much of a new world and the game is severely lacking innovation.
