Every time I watch this movie, I enjoy it even more than the last. This has quickly risen to the top of my best SW movies list in the post-original trilogy. It is so powerful, and speaks to me about the horrors of war. What is good? What is evil? What decisions must be made to "do the right thing?" The last 30 minutes of this movie are cinematic genius, and leave you feeling that the rebellions chances were only a just barely given to them.

So much fun, even though I pretty much knew what to expect. This is an origins story on Han Solo. We know he's going to befriend Chewie. We know he's going to get the Falcon. It's the how that is so intriguing here. Is Han the loner everyone says he is? This movie deals with the importance of belonging to something. Different characters need different things, and Han is figuring all that out for himself. With a little help from his friends. The pacing is a little slow at first, but that is important. What is important is how it all finishes up, with typical Han action you'd come to expect.
