Gameplay-wise: It is slightly better than previous entries in the series. There are more cars and the gameplay doesn't feel that the game wants to force you to drift in every single turn. It still happens, though, but now even with 'grippier' cars. The story mode: it just doesn't make sense at all. You are from an upcoming team and, despite winning every single race, the story goes: "Oh look, he still has to prove himself!" or "Oh, they didn't win a race yet", or later on where there is a team cheating and the story says they're "uncatchable" despite you still... winning every race. It's even worse later on when you're the only driver on the team and, winning, the story goes "look how great the effort he's been making but it isn't enough". wth? I'd say the story mode is an "entry point" for most people and it also has a lack of tracks being shown (the game had the same Grid-made tracks 2 times, and some tracks in-game aren't present in the campaign), just making the game feel shallow overall. The AI isn't hard at all. Played the game at max difficulty and, again, won every single campaign race. The menus are ugly, the teammate system isn't properly shown (along with stuff like the nemesis ones), and I believe there are some upgrades you can make but I didn't do any and they didn't matter in the end. It looks good, but it is shallow.

Poor performance, unrensponsive combat and the story takes a while to get some steam... But oh boy, when everything works together, we have a fun game and actually a great story. I've learned to like Cal, but I feel also they've put some space for sequels there.

(+) Good exploration. The lore and story is great, diallogues, characters, skill-system are also very good. (-) The game has some locked skill checks that you'll either need to grind or the game won't tell you that you'll simply have to wait until you can unlock the option. Some other stuff the game won't really tell you how to do/use, so you'll be going to Google sometimes. Oh, and the ending is lazy af.

Great innovation from the first game - everything is better and you quite understand why the game is taken as a classic and everyone wants a sequel. The story is great and the gameplay is awesome! The map design hasn't aged well - I'd be glad if NPCs gave you direction sometimes, some parts of it aren't really clear of where you need to go/what you need to do. Also, the game NEVER stops. You'll always be shooting stuff or doing something. Take some good pauses while playing it.

Superliminal has an incredibly good pacing. You start as someone who's dreaming in a form of therapy session. In your lucid dreams in real life, you can control anything, and so does our character in this controlled environment. Using perspective and seeing through optical illusions, we keep moving into the story, and as our character seem more "lost", the puzzles get weirder and the pacing faster. It's a short game, but it delivers what it wants in that time: an interesting puzzle mechanic, a good character in form of Dr. Glenn Pierce, and don't forget: an amazing soundtrack. But it's not a game for everyone too.

This *should* be a good game if you can just turn off your brain to play it. You're lawn mowing. You can't turn off your brain because the game has some level of complexity to... lawn mowing? Be ready, because the camera is REALLY BAD. The objectives too and the game doesn't go too much into "buying x stuff will make your job easier" or something. At least now we know there's some real nerd on touching grass

It's good, most of the visual stuff in this game should've been added to "original" Minecraft because it looks dope. To the game, it's fun to play with your friends, the story is, like, nothing special. Good leveling system, varied armor, weapons and skills to use. The missions are way too long and most of the game is locked behind DLC paywalls. Overall very good for a first playthrough, but if you want more, be ready to pay.

It's a game with a HUGE potential, but... THERE'S NOTHING TO DO IN IT. I've played it before way back in 2019, and going through it again, nothing has changed: you're a pirate and you'll pillage some islands with the size of an average room for skins. There's no actual direction for what to do and not being able to disable PvP is a bad decision at best (you're just there trying to figure out how to even control the ship with someone then 4 guys come to kill you because yes). Has potential but has a poor execution as well.

It's an unpretentious game, it's fun to play, the story is good and kinda funny, the characters are good and there's some well placed critics about the working environment, with some interesting dungeons. One thing is that you'll have to headbutt your way through them, which becomes boring and/or frustrating, and it's not because "lack of skill", but due to random stuff on your rooms being able to hurt you and health being so scarce.

Bringing in some actual review instead of review bombing: I didn't thought that FH4 had so much space for improvement, but looks like it did! FH5 brings in a big, diverse map, improved gameplay on cars, improved graphics, new ways to unlock stuff (aka - more stuff to do) and some new things to do. I mean, for your first playthrough, it's a racing game I'd recommend 100%. Talking about the "endgame", or, "what can I do after I finish the story thingy"... well... there's nothing much aside from repeating races or racing online, where you find out cars are usually broken and way too fast for their class. Or that the developer usually takes a long time to fix this stuff. But my review is still for the "go and finish", endgame is just a "warning" for those who stay

To be honest, I played this game with some high expectations because it's always said: "it's the best Halo game ever!". And... it's overrated. The skill thing they brought in is confusing, nothing is really explained to you and you have to learn how some of them work on the fly. The story is very good, as usual, the graphics too, and the maps aren't as good as Halo 2. Guns are... OK? It's Halo. The bad thing is that towards the ending of the game they just somehow "force" a Halo 1 reprise by making you blow up the same thing again - and then the experience become as boring as Halo 1 was. Corridors, control rooms, blow stuff, well... that ending was sufferable to play through. But it has more highs than downs so it's still a good game, just overrated.

Straight up making everything from Halo CE better, no more corridors or repetitive stuff. Dual Wielding is a very creative solution that can be used in the entire game to overcome battles, playing as the Arbiter is also very cool (with the introduction of some stealth elements). However, the AI is not very good. Some fights are a breeze because of it, and some are hard because the companion AI lost their IQ.

There's reviews from all the way back to 2002, and my review is from a "2022 POV". Halo has a good story actually, the external parts are well made and the graphics are among the best of its time, for sure. However, the main problems is that this game is a constant corridor, there's simply multiple parts that look exactly the same (I know, probably a limitation of that time), plus the fact that every enemy is a bullet sponge (even on normal difficulty). I realize it's an important game for the industry's history, but it's kinda sufferable to playthrough nowadays because of those two factros.

The game is a really good simulator - in a way where the concepts you "learn" playing it can be used in real life - well, the concepts regarding building PCs, of course. I just think that the campaign is very, very slow paced. People that probably want to build the best PC possible in the game can't do it in the campaign for many hours due to slow leveling and demands not being clear enough.

It's more of the same, with the exception of the MyTeam's addition, which is introduced in a very good and thought way. It still lacks customization in many parts of a F1 team, like paintings, logos and finances in general. It's a solid F1 game and that's it.

It's nostalgic, retro, well thought in most aspects and brings anyone back to the famous good old days. There's a big variety of cars, upgrades and maps (some of the tracks being "copies" of real tracks, like Circuit de Monaco). But its nature, and the nature of some tracks means you'll get bored playing it real fast.

For sure a game I recommend anyone playing, it's a very clear evolution from the first game in every aspect, from gameplay to story. There's some points that got me confused, like sidequests objectives in general (and NPCs being refered to as "Moki", and there's tons of these around). But it's on Game Pass, and it's a masterpiece I recommend playing.

It's very faithful to the older games. It looks cool, the gameplay is smooth and honestly the only bad points for me are 1) checkpoints: if you end up dying, it's likely that you'll go all the way back some minutes into the stage, and it can be actually frustrating in some stages and 2) the final boss, which is super easy even on hardest difficulty.

I have to be honest: reviews on a constant changing game means my current review won't apply in the next, say, 6 months. Still, Hello Games has proved that it learned from its wrongings back in 2016. The game now has a very good crafting system, more stuff to explore, different worlds, machines and a solid multiplayer with a very interesting lore. I honestly see more potential in the game, in regards to combat and exploration. When "villages" were announced, I thought we could see eventually some abandoned cities, or that developing your own village would be "easy" and quite productive. Instead it's just a timing system, over and over, and exploration hasn't changed much. In regards to combat, the sentinels doesn't put much of a threat on you, so many of the combats upgrading you do in your multitool are essentially useless. Space combat could evolve to become something I could describe as Star-Wars-ish, instead, any battle you face has 6-12 ships maximum that can be easily beaten in normal difficulty. It's a very fun game and, if it's your type of game - exploration, crafting and all - then you'll spend some hours here. If not, just go play other thing.

Yes, it's all that a game needs to be one of the best of all time. A very good story, strongly developed characters, absolutely fantastic gameplay, natural progression in the game, interesting sidequests, and a good setting. It's honestly one of the best games I have ever played. One thing that had me "avoiding to play" the final missions is that the game starts to force fights in order to expand playtime, and you can't interact with anything while a fight is going on, so you can't really run and pretend Draugr don't exist. It's a minor thing and happens like in the last 2-3 hours of the game. There's still plenty for you all to enjoy.

It's an interesting game from the start to be honest - you feel like your character is going there to figure things out. Henry himself is actually a good character, aside from all the **** the character has done in the past and is actively doing by just staying there. Delilah is a good character too but I'm not sure she's there to be something for Henry to move on, or to just watch him or to unfold her own story. Many elements are great as a kind of a chill walking simulator, the setting is cool, walking in the forest isn't a pain and the few interactions you make aren't bad too. So, it's a heavy focused story game, right? The game puts in Henry and Julia's story, Delilah and Brian story and a research story with some Doctor, right? Henry is there, even talks to Julia at a point, but doesn't seem interested in staying with her or whatever. Delilah just throws her story there, but also they start to create an interesting pair, until the third plot unfolds, there's a place fully fenced, there's a doctor conducting a research and people spying on them and you have to figure things out. I was genuinely interested until you open the cave. Turns out, the story is just about a man who couldn't say he killed his son and proceeded to start a fire and leave without answering anything. Henry has a bad ending too (doesn't want to go see Julia and doesn't really want to stay with Delilah). And Delilah has some excuse to have her own ending. The plot towards the ending of the game could be more worked, for sure. It's disappointing that a game that can keep you hooked because of the thriller ends up like that.
