Dumb and Dumber8
Feb 27, 2025
Jim Carrey is one of my favorite actors, and I first watched *Dumb and Dumber* as a kid. Since I didn’t remember much of it, I decided to rewatch it for nostalgia. Throughout the movie, I didn’t think about anything else—not even my problems—and I laughed at so many of the ridiculous lines from these two crazy characters. I wouldn’t say it’s the best comedy ever, especially since I haven’t seen many movies in this genre besides sitcoms, but overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable film.

Paris, Texas8
Feb 27, 2025
Paris, Texas is a beautifully shot film with a unique atmosphere, but I had mixed feelings about it. While I appreciated the cinematography and the melancholic tone, I couldn’t quite connect with the lead actor’s performance. The film explores deep themes of loss and redemption, but at times, the slow pacing made it hard to stay engaged. The ending felt strange to me—not necessarily bad, but unexpected in a way that left me unsure how to feel about it. Still, the film has a certain charm that lingers.

The Brutalist3
Feb 27, 2025
I watched Brutalist and really appreciated its artistic aspects, especially in terms of architecture. The lead actor delivered a great performance, but unfortunately, his talent felt wasted alongside the rest of the cast. The second half of the film was a complete mess—it introduced a bunch of random themes that were neither well-developed nor properly concluded. Overall, I found the director’s work to be a waste of time, and I wouldn’t recommend watching it. If you like Adrien Brody, you’re better off watching his other films.
