Fantastic Game, big graphical improvement of the the previous one, some of the mechanics were simplified but I think it makes for a better game much more fun. It already has a ton of cool mods thanks to paradoxes open attitude to modding. Most of the features they added over time in crusader kings 2 as dlc have been rolled into this one as part of the base game , I can't wait to see where they go next! great job devs!

I love this game alot, it feels deeper and better developed than any other 4x title out there, paradox will also do a great job supporting it - it's already VERY modable and I'm enjoying it alot it will take you a VERY long time to play all the way through as all their games do. if you know their other games you should be aware that it isn't about combat it's about exploring development and diplomacy - it's very pretty but combat is a a game/dice rolling in the background not total war type micro . it's like a wonderful giant boardgame with a very epic feel I for one love it and strongly recommend it .

It's not a bad game. Given it has 1 guy at the helm I'd say he did a great job. If we didn't have so many 4x titles coming out around its release it might seem better. I hope it does well and he keeps working but it feels a little low end. On paper it's excellent but feels slow and a bit obtuse in some areas. I don't dislike it but I don't love it either.

I've been playing early access for a we weeks now on steam and I must say as a massive fan of 4X games this is the best one out there right now. extremely fun and well polished I like how responsive **** is.
