Completely destroys the entire vision and magic the original game had, it was meant to be multiplayer but they destroyed every multiplayer mechanic and feature that made the game great. You only connect to other players in dungeons and only the host makes save data progress. No families and friends, no end of year celebrations, nothing. Do not buy unless you plan to play alone. Metacritic is a joke for rating it as high as it did.

This game is terrible do not buy it. The controls are an unresponsive mess and the game is filled with game breaking bugs. Character not spawning, enemies not dying, scripted events breaking, emergency restart sending you back multiple level worth of progress randomly when it previously worked correctly. The worst purchase i have made on my Switch so far 0/10 do not buy!
