Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation8
Aug 11, 2015
The older Tom Cruise gets, the more clever he is. Mix some humor with action, this turned out to be another great Mission Impossible movie, even better than Ghost Protocol. The ending isn't quite what I expected because it was modified due to the original ending that was cut and replaced.

Jurassic World7
Aug 11, 2015
This movie is a great comeback for a series reboot of dinosaurs, but not as great as the first Jurassic Park. The dinosaurs just got more realistic than ever and it looked far better in 3D when they pop up outside the screen. But the story, screenplay, producing and scheming for the movie took way too long to get it done. It wasn't perfect, but at least it wowed some audiences.

Journey 2: The Mysterious Island5
Aug 21, 2013
I liked the 3D effects but not the overall visual effects. Although a fun movie with a great story, the overall movie itself is a tossup despite having the acting and the scripting significantly flawed.

The Dark Knight Rises8
Jul 10, 2013
The conclusion to the great comic-book franchise is a memorable one. Although it did sums up some of the background story from previous Batman movies, there were some boring moments. Batman will always be an epic icon to the comic-book world among other heroes. The music on the other hand by Hans Zimmer are his best ones so far.

The Dark Knight9
Jul 10, 2013
This is best rated and most popular Batman movie in the series. Add in the best music by Hans Zimmer, the best supporting actor of Heath Ledger, the great cast and the sound effects, you create the most serious adapted comic-book movie ever. Only thing I disliked is the deeper voice of the Batman which might have been too under-toned.
Jul 10, 2013
Batman Begins5
Jul 10, 2013
The beginning of Batman winds up the right story and main idea of how Bruce Wayne became Batman. But the boring drama scenes and all the good action at the end did not sum up enough to be a very good movie.
Jul 10, 2013
Minority Report5
Jul 10, 2013
A good movie for some but with boring drama. Loved the visual effects, but besides the not-so-much suspense and action, I could have expected much more.

Die Another Day7
Nov 20, 2012
Loved the theme song, loved the gadgets, loved the setting, loved the stunts but did not love the cheesy plot. The main villain isn't always that villain at the beginning of the movie which makes the plot confusing. I wish this Bond movie is the first Bond movie to be turned to 3D.

The World Is Not Enough6
Nov 20, 2012
Not a bad movie to be exact, but some boring scenes tend to make me sleep and the plot sometimes do not even follow to the deepen ends of this partially flawed and confusing scenario.

GoldenEye8
Nov 20, 2012
One of the best Bond movies of all time, and not to mention that even a game of the same title is better than the movie. Great action, great excitement and some great stunts. Some of the characters in this movie are simply just the beginning of their new careers since they're interesting.

Casino Royale4
Nov 20, 2012
Loved the stunts, loved the theme song, but did not love the overall scenario of the movie itself. A long boring card game in the middle of the movie and the action scenes are mostly dealt with chasing one enemy at a time. I expect more excitement and the gadgets this time but there's nothing more than just some pointless scenes.
Nov 20, 2012
Quantum of Solace5
Nov 20, 2012
This movie is a toss-up since License to Kill. A corny and weak plot so unimaginable winds up being concentrated on something else. Also the movie is short despite five good action scenes and there's nothing else special in this one.
Nov 20, 2012
Skyfall7
Nov 20, 2012
A great movie nonetheless with an excellent theme song and great action, but with some boring scenes, a gun-barrel at the end of the movie that doesn't fit right and a plot that looked like it went mission impossible. It's been four years before a comeback drew more attention to this.

The International4
Sep 7, 2012
A lot of drama, but not a lot of suspense. The music was limited which made me bored for most of the movie. The action didn't get under way until the middle of the movie. Overall, a toss-up movie with a slow plot.

The Expendables 27
Sep 7, 2012
This is a much better movie than the original. However, the confusing plot at the beginning just happens to get fizzled out till the end. Sure enough this movie has the most epic cast ever yet having more veteran actors to do their job, but it wasn't really long enough to be more epic, explosive, exciting and..... expendable.
Sep 7, 2012
The Expendables6
Sep 7, 2012
Not a bad movie with lots of great action, violence and explosions. The critics haven't really been gentle to veterans with their long careers and the minor issue: do each epic actor have an equal amount of acting? Not really, until the sequel.

Tomorrow Never Dies10
Aug 6, 2012
I wouldn't bother with the critic's ratings, but this had got to be one of the best action adventure movies ever, especially for a Bond movie. With seven non-stop action scenes and limited drama, this movie was a blasting thrill in 1997. No other action movie later than 1997 was as performing, predictable and as great as this one.
Aug 6, 2012
Mission: Impossible III7
Aug 6, 2012
One of the best action adventure movies I have ever watched despite a good chill and thrill by the great director of J.J. Abrams. I also liked the great cast and of course a chilling plot.
Aug 6, 2012
Mission: Impossible II5
Aug 6, 2012
John Woo doesn't do enough good action and better stunts with this movie and the drama, same old boringness. I wished this movie had improved to its better standards, but it did not.
Aug 6, 2012
Mission: Impossible7
Aug 6, 2012
A great movie, but such boring drama scenes did not surprise me and Tom Cruise could have done a lot more in this first action adventure movie. Brian De Palma brings a lot of suspense to this one.
Aug 6, 2012
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides3
Aug 6, 2012
Not a good performing movie that resurrect the series despite having the most out of the money in the box office overseas. The story and plot were so weak that some parts of the movie were just a mess. There shouldn't be a fourth Pirates movie starting with this. Easily the worst movie of the series thus far.
Aug 6, 2012
Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End5
Aug 6, 2012
This movie had too many characters and too many boring scenes where it's not even close for a largest epic cast. Only the beginning and the last 45 minutes of the longest movie in the series are epic but this movie doesn't really need redundant scenes and some parts of the story are just irreverent.
Aug 6, 2012
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest6
Aug 6, 2012
One of the most popular movies to date, the movie is full of adventure and some laughs. But the redundant drama keeps me bored and the music sounds more epic than ever.
Aug 6, 2012
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl9
Aug 6, 2012
The first and only the best movie in the series. While enjoying some of the great performances including the plot, characters and action scenes, Johnny Depp was at his most humorous state.
Aug 6, 2012
The Bourne Ultimatum9
Aug 6, 2012
The best movie of the series to date, but rarely I have seen a movie better than the original. A good cast, plot and good action scenes make it one of the best action & adventure movies ever. I thought this movie actually would end the Bourne series, but it didn't.
Aug 6, 2012
The Bourne Supremacy6
Aug 6, 2012
This is the most boring movie of the three where I could have expected something more than that. The action thrill scenes are lesser than the last movie.
Aug 6, 2012
The Bourne Identity7
Aug 6, 2012
A cool action movie with some boring scenes and it looks even better than The Fugitive. This is the movie that starts the long spy series of Jason Bourne.
Aug 6, 2012
Total Recall (2012)3
Aug 6, 2012
Besides the good characters and the action thrills, this movie is an unnecessary remake to the original as what preview critics would say. Mars, memory and life were the main themes in the original movie, but this one just doesn't seem to have those good ones, not even the setting of Mars. This looks and feels like Star Wars meets Blade Runner and Minority Report.
Aug 2, 2012
Total Recall8
Aug 2, 2012
One of the fewest stunning visual environments of Mars that this movie has to offer. While the plot is great, this sci-fi movie keeps you riveted for more. The remake of the same name isn't great that it used to be, because the main theme of this movie is all about Mars and not the future look of Earth.

Avatar7
Aug 2, 2012
This would have been one of my favorite movies of all time if it weren't enough for more awards, more 3D special effects and a greater depth in the story, this movie would have been more epic. The music overall was one step down from Titanic.
Aug 2, 2012
Titanic7
Aug 2, 2012
The first half of this movie: boring. The second half of this movie actually defines the movie with amazing drama and special effects. Although this is one of the most popular movies of all time, some people cried with the main theme song that felt so emotional.
Aug 2, 2012
The Amazing Spider-Man6
Aug 2, 2012
A good reboot of the Spider-Man franchise, but I think all of this should have happened in 2003. The boring drama scenes are still the same old thing from the original.
May 24, 2012
The Avengers7
May 24, 2012
A great movie with good characters and special effects but the drama in the middle of the movie is tedious. The movie could be more epic if Spiderman and the Fantasic Four join in the fun since they are Marvel characters.
Dec 30, 2011
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 26
Dec 30, 2011
A great ending for a good series, but it wasn't epic enough. The focus was great on the three main characters, however the technical flaw was that it didn't go exactly by the book and some of the drama parts from the book were cut off. Also some of the other characters that died in the movie (as according to the book) should have been seen. The deleted scenes on the DVD & Blu-ray releases of this movie weren't enough to justify an incomplete movie.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I5
Dec 30, 2011
Perhaps the most boring Harry Potter movie ever, if only the book hadn't mentioned the boring parts in the middle. Despite splitting the movie into two parts, it should have merged this one with part 2, eliminate the tedious scenes and maybe create a over 3-hour epic finale as one movie. Even the time setting shouldn't be in months, but should be in days.
Dec 27, 2011
The Artist0
Dec 27, 2011
Since I didn't enjoy the overall movie and technically overrated and overhyped by critics and viewers, this black-and-white silent film in digital presentation is unacceptable for the 21st century, not to mention that the title of this movie would have reflect the plot and idea of seeing a great colorful presentation. The classics are the past and they do stay in the past, not the present and not the future. Even though this movie will get some great awards, that should have happen in the past. This is definitely one of the worst and most boring movies of 2011.
Dec 27, 2011
Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol8
Dec 27, 2011
A good action movie of 2011 that contain more dangerous stunts and cutscenes. Although similar to The Incredibles from the same director, the action in MI4 is almost really look like it, but the plotting is a little bit confusing.
Oct 24, 2011
Doom3
Oct 24, 2011
Not a good movie as far as I can tell. The movie is short, the plot is not that great, The Rock did die in the movie and the battle sequences does not feel like the one from the original Doom game. If this movie was based from Doom 3, that part should be acceptable, except this wasn't.
Oct 24, 2011
Max Payne3
Oct 24, 2011
If John Woo directed this movie, there would be more action scenes than ever and the movie would have been longer. The plot in this movie does not match with the one in the original Max Payne game which winds up to be a technical flaw. An enemy as an angel with wings? That did not exist in that game.
