"The Bourne Ultimatum" (2007) is the ultimate movie of this franchise, which at the time of writing this is now consist of 5 movies. The original trilogy itself was excellent, and it ended with the near perfect chase thriller "Ultimatum". At running time 1 h 45 min. This is one of the most efficiently made chase thriller that i have ever seen. Even after multiple views, it doesn't get old.Editing, sound, sound design, directing, music are the best this franchise has ever had and it all culminated in this film. No wonder it won 3 Oscar - all rightly deserved. The pacing of this movie is incredible - its basically a chase movie from start till finish. Script was also excellent. From acting department, for me it wasDavid Strathairn who stole every scene he was in.Overall, "The Bourne Ultimatum" is a movie that moves at the breakneck speed and it never stumbles. Its an excellent finale of the original franchise, and great chase thriller in every possible way.

For once, I didn't feel cheated by an unresolved ending, but let's hope this is the end. Robert Ludlum wrote three Bourne novels, and this is one series that ought not to be dishonored by inferior sequels.

The movie is so surreal it's just not very involving. As an action extravaganza, it's busy but dull.

Honestly, I can't believe how good this film is. This film is an adrenaline rush that you'll not get anywhere else, even in 2021. Coupled with impressive storytelling, mind blowing action set pieces, spectacular fight scenes and brilliant performances from everyone, especially from Matt Damon. Sometimes I wonder, how did not Matt Damon win an Oscar for this film. Also director Paul Greengrass' shaky camera work is still very much unique to this day. And this film has the best chase sequence and the best hand to hand combat sequence I've ever seen. And the story wraps up the Jason Bourne trilogy on a high note, it's a very satisfying conclusion..

Too blurry too little plot too thin of characters. It won 3 oscars for sound but all the sound effects sound the same to me. The Bourne Identity is one of my favorite action movies, seek that instead.

"Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was a very entertaining film. "The Bourne Ultimatum" was entertaining too. Both were full of cartoon characters and the plot, in both cases, was strictly for laughs. If you like non-stop action, no matter ridiculous it may get, you will like Bourne #3.

Although it could never be seen as a weak movie, there is no doubt that The Bourne Ultimatum is a bit of disappointment when compared to it's thunderous predecessor The Bourne Supremacy. A lot of elements are recycled from that movie albeit without the same the sense of furious despair that made Supremacy such a thrilling ride. The Bourne Ultimatum does have it's plus points in the form of some great action scenes; the battle in Morrocco and the London Waterloo escapade are both truly excellent sequences. Overall, The Bourne Ultimatum is a descent movie but it doesn't live up to it's classic prequel.
