As a veteran of the series, stemming clear back to the original 1v1 Dynasty Warriors, I have been through the entire journey, including the abomination that was Dynasty Warriors 9. For years the series (excluding the special spinoffs) have been losing their magic for me - the magic that I felt the first time I played Dynasty Warriors 2 on my brand new PS2, or the mind blowing experience of DW3 and so on. Orochi 4 has done the impossible and brought back that nostalgia, and somehow given us the dream Warriors game with a level of polished never seen before in the series. If you are a fan of the series, even slightly, then you would be doing **** disservice by not experiencing what I would argue is the best in the series you.
