I Give 10, not because the game is perfect, but because this game is far the best in it's genre. The game is very realistic, you have limited ammunition at each unit, every unit has it's on inventory, you can loot the dead corps or disabled vehicles (vehicles has inventory as well) Because the game is very complex, to get familiar with controls of it takes some time and patient, but when you will get there, you will enjoy more this ww2 strategy game, than any other. Basically you have so many options you will never do the same thing in this game, you will always try something new... The single player mode is more like than an overcomplicated and extremely hard Commandos, which can be fun for some people, but the real juice here is the Multi-player, where you have to put some time into the game to feel your self competitive... I suggest to watch some tutorial videos online, before you give a shot, and try skirmish missions alone to practice what you've seen... I definitely recommend this game for buying, it is getting updates/patches constantly, so it will be just better, and the number of players are growing as well...
