One of the best mind **** movies and maybe even one of the best movies in general. Socially critical, exciting the whole time with an awesome story telling style. Great and suprising plot. One of the movies everyone has to watch at least once and that you still think of after watching it.

Borat 2 seems too forced and obvious staged to much in many places, to wonder about some Americans I find >this is america< more interesting. Jokes have been funier before, but you can still find some funny scenes in it.

Beautiful Christmas Movie for Young and Old. Extremely detailed in every cut with lovely animations, great to see what is possible. Funny movie with a deep message. Master piece!

Cult movie with an unique style. It's the dramatic and gloomy drug version of Hangover about the interesting journalist Hunter S. Thompson and his spiritual 'trip' to the borders of human mind. Disturbing with a nice flair.

It's an interesting movie, hard to compare to anything else. It has its own unique style. Thrilling and funny at the same time. Has some society critical messages included. Anyway the characters and plot don't feel comprehensible. It's an interestic movie but no 'must see' for me. Overall I can't understand this huge hype at all, even so I am a big fan of movies with an unexpectable plot.

Hands down. For me Joker is the best movie in the past 2 years! The way the story is told around a tragic fate is fascinating. The film manages to show the dreary and gray world on the edge of the human abyss and thus softens the boundaries between good and evil. Very moving. Powerful images, tragic story, society critical, good dialogues and film music. A huge upgrade for all Gotham City fans, telling the perhaps most exciting villain in film history and giving him a face behind the "mask". Every human has his story. Simply ingenious!

As a huge Nolan fan this movie was more then disappointing for me. It feels like he felt under pressure for exceeding the mind changing movies he made before and has taken it too far. Just to much.. way to much. The basic idea isn't to bad but it was rather an pitynlgy head shaking than an incredulously fascinated one. No bond with the characters arises, they act not traceable and the dialogues were also bad. Also the music is way better in his other movies. Only positive point I can find here is for the image-rich action scenes, but thats not enough in 2020. Too bad, I was very hyped.
