Star Trek: Picard0

an horrific use of the words Star Trek. and what is the appeal of whoopi goldberg? I suggest Picard to retire and stop forcing himself to be part of tv products that just throw a shameful blanket of mud on such an important saga.

honestly, I’m starting to see second season practically today. but, I think I saw enough material to predict the dramatic fall into the oblivion, that the total lack of fantasy and the horrible predictability of the writers, manage to crush into. a real cruise towards a script so poor that you’re almost unable to recognise the series. if not for the characters. after neither a whole hour of first episode, you’re starting to feel the compelling need to go fast forward or even to switch to another series. and I waited more than an entire year, anxiously, to peel the second season slowly and tastefully. this is not the case. author’s confidence is important. and when you switch a spaceship into a sailboat, you’re the first crying in your sleep. and anyway, where the fuzz is the robot, the only friendly figure that could keep alive and far from the steel lung? no sign of the robot, til now.

why almost everybody is cruising in a gigantic ocean of shortage of ideas? and why the black fog of lost has to be copied in every supernatural tv series, including this? rarely I’ve seen a casting so inadequate, inappropriate and poor. the main roles are almost repellent, both mother and son. and (what the fudge!), every single writing process must include a couple of gay/lesbian, a black, a disable person, in this specific case, a child on a wheelchair? is this actually entertainment?probably they see us, the viewers, like a bunch of blind cows just eating grass, passing from a patch to the next all day?
no. we are not. then the answer is clearly visible. after the fog is disappeared, the inclusion of other categories of people is a mere, vile act, an hate crime reverse. an imposition. the complete opposite of a property built tv product with the only objective of entertainment. this acts are actually real tv garbage.

what the fudge happened? a brilliant almost funny idea literally fell in a deep deep sad disgrace in a matter of an episode? no wonder why they have cancelled the series. discrete casting, nice locations all destroyed, irreparably. forever. noticed the unbelievable performance of Bart and Amanda, in real life, Fiona Dourif and Hannah Marks, both really, really, really talented.

rarely, while seeing a tv series, I have the recurring thought to end it promptly as is happened with this. they've chosen a delicate but interesting topic and then, due to their huge emptiness of ideas, stretched to the death. even from the very first season is horrendously boring and the absolute total lack of material and ideas from the ‘writers', to me, is actually horrifically unbelievable. how the network had paid for a second and a third and now a fourth season, is beyond any human comprehension. the series goes almost slower than the forehead wound remained an interminable scar in the poor guy head. then there's the casting. so unprofessional that I suggest to a mandatory sterilisation of the entire bunch of executives that broad us characters as toni, marcus, justin and so on. even the main characters aren't so good. very, very below the average. and finally, there's the netflix alert for sex scene, drugs, violence. where the fork they've seen those kinda of scenes? meibe in the same sick minds that doesn't have aborted this waist of time, money and space in the first place.

the ‘note' I would have written to the Netflix executives that erase this brilliant work is ‘how come that, you, shameless and worthless pieces of work, produced The I-land and cancelled The OA?'
I also wrote an email to the netflix network executive who's responsible for the really unbelievable and incredible indecent choice.
she probably archived my email.
and that's the intellectual peak of those people

finally we can associate the lovely figure of the very talented Kaitlyn Dever with something different from Last Man Standing. She's the main role in this limited series which it should be a mandatory viewing to all, men and women. Author did an amazing job and the 8 episodes will fly faster than you can imagine. notable work also for the other two women, the detectives, brilliantly chosen as almost all cast. it's an emotional and tragically actual very well shaped story, but is really easy to view and you will never bored for a single minute.

Brilliant format, the limited series. but, sadly, it's almost the only thing we can actually associate with the term brilliant, in this very disappointing tv product. the initial part of the plot, the first two episodes, were really interesting and well shaped. until the other side of reality crashes on the poor viewer and literally destroys almost everything. cmon, the texas warden, the outdated futuristic prison, the nurse, the guards, the scientists. a gigantic pile of bs. pls, don't get me wrong. the initial idea was pretty good, even if islands tend to recall always Lost, it was a nicely couple of hours of fresh and nice tv. then, after that, a hugely disappointing new scenario appears and start confusing, evidently, firstly the writers, then the actors, then us. it was a real uncalled turn throwing everyone work in to the oblivion. and more you go further, more appears unreal, in a really disturbing mode. something that brings several awful flashbacks to my recent memories, a mixed fault trying to pick ideas from the OA, Lost and a bunch of very successful tv series, and to me that was really, really disgusting. and immensely sad. a waist of time and space. in this black hole of material, chewed and horrifying spit, shines the performance of the main actress, Natalie Martinez, whom is the only professional and pleasant figure in all this, a part from the beauty of the island itself.
