Marvelous levels, impeccable score and smooth and creative gameplay throughout. Possibly the best platformer of all time.

Possibly the most technical Mario Kart in history when it comes to driving. Super fun multiplayer sessions with friends back in the day and even still through NSO. I really underrated gem in the franchise.

Pretty visuals with a heartwarming plot and cute little missions to help out your Pokémons?? I never knew I needed a game like Pokopia until I had it! Probably the best surprise of the year so far and already a GOTY contender in my book!

Great roster, fun courses but unfortunately all of its pros fall short of its cons: questionable art direction, poor edm soundtrack, weird gameplay movement/flow and lack of voice work for DLC characters. Sega also is charging a high price for its deluxe and extra DLC that even though is solid, seems like standard content cut out of the base game.

I've been playing Mario Kart since the N64 and I haven't had so much fun with a game in the series in a very long time. Everything about this game is warm and fun: from the art design of the characters and courses to the soundtrack and gameplay. The courses are super fun and the new mechanics are delightful. I hope we get more courses through DLC in the future and the online system could improve in some aspects, such as being able to follow your friends in public Knockout Tour lobbies, but other than that the game is nearly perfect.
