Must play for anime/visual novel fans. It does a lot of things, battle, dating, "Tete a Tete", collecting cards, hanafuda play. But excels at none of it, especially the battle is rather mediocre, I usually finished the boss in 1 special attack. The most important is the story and it's very good and the variety makes it exciting, almost feels like Yakuza. It makes me become fans of the series.

This game could be fun alone (more fun than Mario Party) and also much more fun with co-op friends (but less fun than Mario Party). Collecting prezzies and leveling up character could take a lot of time. Multiplayer is ok. Its a fun distraction/refreshing from my usual heavy driven story games. However I don't like the half-hearted voice acting from Nintendo. Sometimes, there's subtitles but no voice. I heard Japanese ver solve this... Not a must play, but definitely worth checking out.

Just buy it! Especially the Music is so Beautiful. It's always on sale for more than 70%. For criticism, it's lack of map, so finding everything could be hard task and backtracking.

Can you people give more fair score. Just because it upsetting you with that 1 system 1 island thing, everything else is bad so it's score 0

Hey, you can just train your Digimon on farm. Put your switch (do not close the app) and yourself on sleep, and the next morning your Digimon would be LV 30+. Once you re on mission, You obliterate your enemy (played in hard mode) in 1 hit or simply put it on auto. That's destroys the purpose of RPG strategy. We've talked about Pokémon being too easy but this is another level. With that aside, you'll have good time especially Digimon and Anime fan. Character is good (anime style). Story is okay. Graphic is okay. Music is good. Everything is just Good/okay but that's the problem with Digimon. Everything is barely changed from games that I've played in original PlayStation 20 years ago. Just better graphic, more Digimon, and gimmick feature that doesn't affect anything. I really hope with the rise of it anime series, Bandai will give Digimon more attention. I would say pick it when on sale for at least 50%, it has 2 games and longevity of 100 hours...

GREAT GAME, I picked this while on 50% sale. I would really like to have amnesia just to play this game again! The story is Dark with some surprising twist. Sometimes complicated but very interesting and the game try their best to tell you so you won't get confused. There's a lot of joke too, and it's hilarious and random. If you try to interact with everything in this game, you may be rewarded with jokes and sometimes it's pop culture jokes u may reckon from another things. The Gameplay is a thing u can't find anywhere else. Mainly, You'll play in a "Somnium" where you must interact with something to trigger a Memories of someone in cost of Time, Time out you lose. The character is memorable. I love Mizuki! I love the Music and A-Set Song. The VA is also very good, but I always prefer Japanese to make authentic experience. There's a minor problems tho. Sometimes the graphics looks blurry (Switch), I think this is the area where game dev can actually make more efforts. In a cutscene where you'll move to another location, hiccups framerate will happened (Switch), but this won't affect your gameplay. I mentioned earlier that this Story is complicated, Some people may not enjoy and can't follows the plot. Some may be will complained with lack of gameplay. But overall this is GREAT, if you're looking for Story based game / Visual Novel kinda like game with Unique gameplay! I really hope they'll make a sequel with more added engaging gameplay...
