a fantastic game visually, the world is dynamic and has a unique artistic style, but everything else lacks. Boring linear gameplay and the story failed to draw my attention. Played it when I couldn't sleep and it helped quite a bit. At the end of each stage you have to watch your character slide down a path for what feels like an eternity, and you can only rotate your camera. Then a cutscene plays. Could probably go to the gym, take a shower and go get food before the next stage starts.

It's an OK game, but good for a PSP game. Found Burnout Legends to be better, but let's talk about this. The blacklist was just a series of random-ass races. Do a few required races and a blacklist member driving a new car challenges you. It gets more stupid when you realize you have to BUY the blacklist car then APPLY the vinyl, which was a big no-no. The car selection was what you see in a PSP game. Limited customization but fair enough. Cops are too OP as the heat level 10 can keep up with your fully tuned Gallardo. Roadblocks are SOLID. No smashing through. Physics though are really funny, as you hit traffic and your car spins on it's tail. Also, a crazy 3,2,1 BUSTED system instead of bar meter. And finally there is a new mode called TUNER TAKEDOWN and it's kinda like Hot Pursuit, with 15 stages. Except when you fail you have to do the whole damn thing again.

It was surprisingly not as great as I thought, but still a great sequel to Most Wanted 2005. Preferred Underground 1 and 2 for XBOX. Comparing this to PC it wasn't much of a difference except for the giant XBOX **** guess that's my fault, not EA's. If you still have an old XBOX I suggest getting U1&2 instead of Carbon. Both are wayyy better on PC.

I was a huge SW fan, and still kind of one today. It was REALLY GOOD. It was quite fun killing all those geonosians and droids with your personal squad, plus if you felt super lazy you could just tell your squadmates to do things for you, as you are their commander. It was an awesome game which I would go back to my basement and re-plug my ol' XBOX to just play this game. Speaking of which, I found this game better than Halo 2 IMO, which is telling something.

Need for Speed World

Since NFS World shut down months ago, I will do a quick summary and why it's an 8. It's NEED FOR SPEED! And the first free MMO. Back in the early stages in 2010-11, there was a level cap. But they removed it and you can advance up to level 60, and it's not easy either. Second is speedboost. That **** was annoying, but the community found a way around it and made IGC rotations where some speedboost cars became IGC for a limited time, so everyone could try them out. The map was huge, combining Rockport and Palmont together. Lots of hackers and cheaters around but punkbuster had that under control. The best part was doing team escapes. That had you do a sprint with 3 others plus angry cops, and you had to work together to get to the finish before you use all the strikes, or busts. Then powerups. Instead of refillable NOS, World introduced single use NOS, plus some other cool things like juggernaut which makes your car a tank for a specific time. All these can be extended by skill mods applied to a car. Finally something called treasure hunt, which you search a part of the map for 15 gems. Completing the hunt everyday gives you rewards (usually skill mods or performance parts) and it gets better by getting day streaks. Sadly that EA shut down this **** had quite alot of potential.

Awesome game, hopping and getting run over by cars and (ocassionally) drowning. Love that the eagle doesn't let you stay in one spot forever. Nice easy quests to get more coins and gamble in the prize machine. Just that the only character I'm missing is the flea and it seems that I got the tabby cat over 7 times with that stupid "Try again" sign.

The game was decent. Some problems is like no such thing as aiming down sights (if you attach a red dot sight or whatever), where aiming was just ZOOMING on the enemy. And enemies love gangbanging you. In such levels there can be over 7 guys shooting at you while you use up a whole magazine on one guy. Taking **** can still get shot and your guy swears and says deep things like ripping your head off etc. Plus the whole medal ****. Earning 1 or 2 medals a level and you blow 20 just on med packs to heal during a shootout. Ridiculous, but OK for a mobile game.

Awesome game! Campaign was amazing, not to mention "All Ghillied Up" as the coolest mission. The storyline made alot of sense, compared to MW2 where there were several obvious plot holes. Multiplayer was also super fun, with basic killstreaks, with just UAV, airstrike and heli. The perks were very balanced, as juggernaut could be stopped by stopping power. There were some useless ones like eavesdrop. Who the HELL uses that? And that x3 frags was annoying as f*ck. Both aspects were good, with a couple but minor flaws. Like that mission Heat. Going down to the LZ was tough, plus on veteran the OpFor spawned INFINITELY! I don't know if MW2 or MW3 did that, since I didn't play them on veteran yet, but spamming all those grenades really made my break a couple keys on my keyboard.

Generally the game was good, with crazy burnout-like crashes, nice graphics (IMO looks better than MW 2012 and Rivals) and huge selection of cars. Also couldn't forget the new idea of cops vs. racers WEAPONS. I felt that the racer weapons were OP as the jammer would f*ck up all the cop weapons and turbo would mean you would blast out of the place in no time. Not a 10 because of 2 simple things: WAYYY TOO MUCH RUBBERBANDING! In some duels I could be miles ahead and suddenly the opponent would wizz by me and win the race. The other thing is customization.....only changing colors?!?!?! Not even performance parts? ****. Oh almost forgot it's menu based. no free roam unless activated from the menu. Nice attempt from Criterion but definitely better than MW2012 in terms of gameplay.

Even with the cheesy story of you losing your BMW to some douchbag and having to gain up a blacklist to challenge him, it was great. The physics were amazingly good, not like what you would see in Hot Pursuit 2010 and that crappy Most Wanted 2012. You would take corners without drifting, which I liked. The AI were well balanced as there was no OP rubberbanding, but some was noticeable, which was ok. Next are the cop chases, which is the meat of being "Most Wanted". Gaining heat = more roadblocks, more aggressive cops and crazy manoeuvres are required + speed. Getting in trouble with the cops were awesome. The car selection was good with good customization, but not as enhanced as the Underground series or the new Need for Speed 2015. This was the high point in the Need for Speed series, and it's totally a game you could get and continue playing over and over again.

It is almost the exact same thing as the ios and Android platform, except that the updates almost install themselves when you don't know, so one day you open the game and BAM there is a new car or something. The controls can't be adjusted, which I find annoying, because drifting is hard to do, while turning you press down, and when you accidentally release the turn keys, you end up braking instead of drifting, which can cause trouble. Otherwise, it's a great addition to your Windows 8!
