Can be frustrating and a long grind. I don't really like rouge-likes unless they are super engaging. Blue prince has a lot of neat puzzles and mysteries to discover but it can just take too long, Having to re-do your days over and over. Sometimes you get unlucky or make a mistake and it feels like you wasted time without accomplishing anything. There are permanent upgrades to help you along eventually, but getting them is a slow process. Not a bad game at all but it's just not engaging enough to feel worth the time sink. Can be fun in some moments and I'm still going to grind it out but it borders on the edge of being worth my time. I'm new to the genre so maybe it's just me. But the game doesn't exactly grip me in a way where I feel excited to play.

Buggy. Clipping through walls, flying across the map, and game freezes after using the camera for the first time. Has to be force shut down. Not really my style of game. 3/10 without the bugs. I find the bumping into walls and touching water mechanics to be annoying, the animations for them are way too long. I'm impatient. For kids, I can see this game being a 7/10 or 8/10 game, without the bugs. But the bugs make it unplayable. Won't be touching this game again.

Absolutely beautiful game. The visuals, the art, the music, the story, the characters, everything is phenomenal. I quite enjoy the turn based gameplay, I think it's implemented really well. I'm on my way to 100%ing this game. As someone who's really picky with single player games, I loved it. Play it! You will not regret it!! It won "Game of the Year" and 9 Game Awards for a reason.

Really enjoying this game. I was playing it for free on xbox gamepass but gonna have to buy it on steam. I can see myself playing this for hours on end.

Cute, cozy puzzle game that isn't too challenging. A good game to get your mind off things and relax.
