The proreviewers got it WRONG on this one. It's actually a very fun and can be challenging game depending on your difficulty settings. One of the few games that has an AI that challenges you. I highly recommend this one. Don't listen to the naysayers they are just jealous that it's such a good game.

My above comrade obviously doesn't see the finer points of this game. It has an "exceptional" ai that challenges the player and doesn't do well just because of numbers. It will give you a challenge even on the normal difficulty levels and still plays the same on higher difficulties and does get numerical advantages but the fact that on "normal" difficulty it gives you a good game is well worth the introductory price of $29.99. Games with good to great AI's are hard to come by and to knock this game because it doesn't have the graphics quality or a Total war or any other modern day program is sort of ridiculous. It serves well for the time period it is modeling. You won't be sorry you bought this game I assure you. Remember there are always going to be haters no matter what the game. They wouldn't be satisfied if it had candy and cake in the box with it. It plays like it plays, it has it's own unique abilities and is a fine example of what a "game" even wargame should be. It's fun and challenging and doesn't have to be some total historical remake to be a good wargame or game. If you want some good honest reviews goto **** itself to the Pike & Shot forums.
