This movie is incredible. I didn't follow the online campaign for the #snydercut and wasn't really interested in watching this movie - since I had already watched it in the theater - or so I thought. But what the hay, I have HBO Max and love the DC characters. I watched it in four hour-long segments and was blown away. The character development had me caring about what happened next, the action was solid and the new scenes really tied everything together. I can't believe it. I didn't even want a #snydercut and now I've re-watched Man of Steel, gave the BvS Ultimate Edition a go (much better!) and am re-watching the Snyder cut. At this point, the only content I'm interested in from WB/ATT is more of Snyder's vision of the DCU.

I've never felt so uncomfortable for so long, for so many reasons yet couldn't tear my eyes away. A fascinating masterpiece beautifully brought to life by Phoenix.
