the storyis well written, the level design is linear, but that's not necessarily a problem to me, the game looks really beautiful, the music is top notch and the combat is just the best. the weapon system that allow you to combine different blades with different handles is also really creative and fun, create a lot more build variety.

disgustingly overrated. the movement is clunky, the bosses are bad, the second half of the game (and some part of the first half) is bad, build variety is limited, weapons and spells are unbalanced.

it's just so peak. everything is just so good, great level design, thrilling combat, and best bosses in the series. the graphics also held up pretty well.

It's just so peak. Amazing story, beautiful and lively city, universal gameplay and combat - fast, aggressive but still hard on higher difficulties. Build variations are also worth mentioning, all fun and effective. Side quests are pretty fun and well written too (not all).

Beside the beautiful graphics the game offers, there's nothing more that's good about this game. Boring quest, average story, and an empty world. Not to mention the Arlecchino moveset is basically ripped from Sister Friede, and that's just bullsht to me since I'm a DS3 lover.
