RoboCop: Rogue City

RoboCop: Rogue City provides exceptional value for its price. The game provides an excellent overall experience albeit with a few drawbacks. For its credit, it creates a very fun and engaging experience similar to an arcade shooter with most battles occurring as wave rather than single combat. Each battle feels unique although as you progress you can get a bit powerful so battles become easier. The story is very much out of the 80s hit movie in themes used. One major drawback is that cut scenes and character engagement can feel too drawn out when you want to get into the action. Overall this game provides a good length story with a ton of arcade gimmicks that make it a fun shooter that also feels challenging. I would recommend it if you enjoy arcade-style PvE or just RoboCop IP as it was a fun playthrough.

This remastered version was long awaited and delivered. Not much needed to be done as they have kept all of the original gameplay and style. Would highly recommend as each version comes with three games with each of them being able to be a standalone title

Hogwarts legacy brings the magic of Harry Potter while also allowing for an immersive open world experience into the Wizarding world. Developers did a great job immersing you into the game early through tutorial missions and a guided experience to show off all the features and quests you will be embarking on. That said the main quest does a great job as well of providing a rewarding experience as you play as your witch or wizard. The combat system has a small leaning curve but once you practice through repetition and gained abilities it becomes a lot more seamless, smooth and powerful. They are complex and dynamic enough so that battles never seem to become stale or **** game does a great job bringing the harry potter franchise forward in many ways. It does however fall short in several areas including the trap for open world games to feel empty or redundant. The complexities of the game do a great job masking this but ultimately more time could have been spent on the outside world or keeping you more inside of Hogwarts itself. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of Harry Potter. Even with its pitfalls Harry Potter Legacy brings the game leaps and bounds forward. There are plenty of things to enjoy about the game including the story, combat or hidden pages that include mentions of many different aspects of the history of wizards as well as references to things portrayed in the movies.

Dragonball Xenoverse brings the open world format to DBZ with remarkable success. The game is filled with action packed battles and a remarkable amount of characters packed into one game.

Once of the most unique interpretations of football in a video game format. This game even 20 years later still holds up as a fun and top tier football game that is refreshing compared to the revisions of other football games year after year. The game mechanics are simple and fun. The play calling is biased towards long passing and big hits which some fun animations to inflict more injuries or escapes that allow for huge plays to take place The campaign is fun, the cut scenes could have used more work but with a game like this it mostly comes down to gameplay. There are definitely improvements that can be made there or with play calling menu that doesnt allow for a full time to pick plays overall this game is deifnitely worth to revist even in 2024. the graphics are still good for its era and the gameplay itself will have you wanting to play one more down each time.

as far as video games go this is quite unique. One of three in a series of promotional items at Burger King in 2006. All you had to do was purchase a whopper meal and you would recieve a free game. It is suprisingly fun. Although with it being essentially a free game there are drawbacks. The maps can get old as there were only 5 and replay the same for every cup level. The levels themselves are actually quite nice and the background and objects have many easter eggs and are overall visually appealing. The music is a bit repetitive with only a handleful of tracks on repeat. It has a set of unique characters related to burger king and IP at the time. Overall for the price and uniqueness this game provided more than enough value in entertainment. Definitely a fun time to go back to and play even in 2024.
