The Last of Us Part II6
Jun 22, 2020
If you asked me 2 days ago (around 10 hours into the game) what I thought of The Last Of Us Part II, I would say it's a masterpiece and one of my favorite games of all time. If you asked me now (after finishing it), I would say I wish it didn't exist. The second half of the plot for the Last Of Us Part II ruins the momentum of the first half and slowly made me lose interest in the story. It's filled with subplots and characters that don't add anything to the overarching plot and feel more like filler than anything else. And by the time I got to the end of the game I just didn't care anymore. I don't hate this game, but I don't love it either. If you're reviewing the "game" part of TLOU2 then it's a close to perfect score for me. The gameplay is intense and fun, the visuals are unbelievable, the sound design and music are amazing, and everything is just top notch. But I play Naughty Dog games for the story, and for me, this story just taints The Last Of Us storyline for me.

The Angry Birds Movie 2 VR: Under Pressure8
Aug 19, 2019
I was surprised with how much fun I had while playing Angry Birds 2 VR, especially with the track record of movie tie-in games. The game brings a solid co-op experience that few VR games bring to the table, and I was also surprised with how challenging the game can be. The game may look like it's geared towards a younger audience, but there is the perfect amount of challenge to keep both young and older gamers invested! Overall, the game is a solid and really polished co-op game that had me and friends laughing and yelling at each other throughout. My only complaint would be that the price should be a little bit lower, but besides that if you're looking for a fun co-op game, this is a great choice!

Darknet8

Darknet is a unique and addicting puzzle game. And it's one of the most under rated games i've played. But while it's a great game, Virtual Reality doesn't really add anything to the game.

A unique take on the VR horror genre, that relies on building tension rather than using cheap jumpscares.

One of the few great adventure games for Virtual Reality that brings good gameplay, story, and graphics. With an added competitive and addicting archery gamemode!

Guns'n'Stories: Bulletproof VR8
Dec 11, 2018
Guns'n'Stories is a fun wave shooter, with a gameplay changing story. It constantly introduces new mechanics, environments, and weapons, which keep the game from getting repetitive. Though the game has some tracking issues with some of the weapons and the lack of leaderboards is disappointing. If you aren't tired of wave shooters in VR, this is one of the better ones!
