A fun 3DS game and one of the last great titles in the system's lifespan. A mix of Ocarina of Time and Animal Crossing, with fun gameplay and nice graphics. If that's what you want, go for it. Other good points are: A very unique game, very good art direction, fun enemies, and character skills diversification. Essential title for 3DS system enthusiasts. But there are many flaws: Repetitive gameplay, especially towards the end of the game, superficial combat for an RPG, anxiety when managing resources in the oasis with a confusing day and night approach (so it's not "cozy" for me, personal opinion), lack of oasis customization, lack of a multiplayer mode (wasted potential), superficial relationships, and a lot of irrelevant characters. Very simple story/lore and generic ending. Summarizing: A very good and very unique idea, but superficially executed. I would really like to see a sequel to this game, expanding this idea and with most of these flaws corrected. It would be a great competitor for both Action RPG and Animal Crossing fans.
