This game is by far the best in the New Super Mario Bros. Series. First of all, it brought the Tanooki leaf from Super Mario Bros. 3 back to a 2D platformer and created a new variant, the Golden Tanooki leaf. Second, the gimmick of collecting coins in this game is way more out of the box than other plattformers out there. Thirdly, the aforementioned coins, to quote YouTube personality Scott The Woz, are "...really satisfying to collect in this game." The final thing I have to say about this game is that the rewards for getting 1,000,000 and 9,999,999 coins are not worth it, but the DLC levels are fun. fun fact if you bring a gold flower to 1-2 you can get 1,200+ coins in the level without dying.

This is by far the best game series that is considered Shovelware. The entire series is great. The games that people love (billiards/pool, croquet, racquetball, hoop shot, mini golf, etc.) that aren't included in Wii Sports/Wii Sports Resort can be found here and are incredibly amazing. If I could choose a game series to be remade on modern platforms, it would definitely be Game Party. 10/10 would recommend anyone pick the 3 of them up
