I’ve never been a Harry Potter fan, I watched the films and thought they were good but didn’t go crazy for them. That all said, this game is truly going to be a contender for game of the year. Like all games I play I take my time, I do as many side quests as I can and occasionally dip into the story to break things up. Im 14 hours into the game and it seems I have hardly scratched the surface of this very well crafted game. The fighting mechanics are relatively fresh and took a while to get used to but they work well, very well in fact. Visually it’s stunning and on the PS5 there are many visual options to choose from. You can go all eye candy with Fidelity & Ray tracing all the way to HFR performance in which I get 117fps. All in all this game is very well designed, very well crafted and polished like an expensive, shiny brand new sports car.

Wow! Once you get past the steep learning curve (do your homework on this one, it will pay off) you will find an incredibly immersive title that is leagues above any FPS out there.

Wow! What an awesome game that can be made better by playing with up to 3 friends online. Visually it’s stunning, sound is spot on & the gameplay is loads of fun, voice acting is 10/10 & the story is actually really interesting. If you like survival games or games where you have to craft and build stuff then I really would recommend this game. Don’t expect zombies, only thing that can kill you here is Mother Nature & your own stupidity.

The Last of Us Part II10
Jul 5, 2020
Easy 10/10 I love how the developers don’t stick to the tried & tested formulas most other games do when it comes to the story. Perhaps all these negative reviews are from people who just don’t get that some people are gay? I can’t honestly see any other reason why so many would give it such terrible reviews. Gameplay 10/10 Graphics 10/10 Story 10/10 Voice acting 10/10 Take your time with this game, I saw most of the negative reviews were out within hours of the release. Either hateful Xbox fans or people who decided to put their race horse blinkers on to finish it as fast as possible. If you loved or even liked ‘The Last of Us” or “Left behind” then without doubt, you will really, really enjoy this game. (Headphones make this game SO much better, I notice a huge difference!)

Very well made with a good amount of polish, developers didn’t rush this (I think). If you’re into management/sim games then you’ll love this. Really good gameplay. No bugs, frame rate is spot on and the graphics are awesome.

I really disliked this game on release, tried my best to get into it but ended up actually hating it after 10 hours. Didn’t touch it for 3 years, not sure where I’ve been but I had no idea they had updated the game so much and after reading so many new positive reviews I decided to try again. Without doubt this game has changed for the better, I’m totally hooked- can’t get enough actually and I find myself at work planning what I’m going to do when I get back in. There are SO many new things they’ve either added or tweaked that I’m going to suggest checking out some YouTube videos so you can see for yourself rather than read about it. After playing for about 20 hours on a TV I decided to try it out on PSVR and man oh man was I blown away at how I was zoomed into this new reality, this new universe (and at my stupidity for not thinking about doing it in VR from the start!) and for about 12 hours straight I VR’d it. Sure I felt like a drunken pirate on land the next day so perhaps playing VR for that long is advisable for only the foolish but my point is I got lost in the game. Nothing else existed- **** can do that I’ve got to give it 10/10 If you haven’t played this and survival, exploration games are your thing then get this and if you have a ****’t be like me and only remember to use it 20 hours in and then try make up the lost time, set your alarm hourly because they pass by like minutes and you might forget to feed your pets/kids. ****/ECWkQP5CaZw

Excellent art and level design. Really enjoying this game. Kind of like Raymond Legends/Trine. (Update) Been playing this for some time now and it keeps getting better in terms of level design and gameplay, probably one of my favourite games to date this year. Usually I get bored after a week or two of playing but not with this.

Loving it so far. Played solo for about 8 hours (literally combing every part of the map) and I’ve only just tried to locate someone at the sports grounds. I’m just taking my time and loving it, graphics are pretty damn good in my opinion and the environment is stunning. Long day/night cycle and awesome weather (snow will blow your mind) and the sound is especially good- you really must try play with headphones if you can. Tonight was the first time I had the opportunity to play with a friend and that is what has spurred me into writing this review. All the “good times” I was having were suddenly doubled, the game really comes into itself when you can play it with friends. All in all and so far into the little I’ve played I can say it was well worth the money I parted. I’d also be prepared to pay for any DLC that may (and hopefully will) arise as I can see my friends and getting into this game in the months ahead.

WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EA GAME AGAIN (update: Welllll, I have since purchased other EA games but that doesn’t mean it’s not BS what EA is doing with micro transactions) EA has turned to the dark side!!! Shame on you EA with your corporate greed! £59.99 for the standard edition £79.99 for the Deluxe edition Isn’t that enough money? I am playing at a friends house as he purchased it and the game is really good, beautiful graphics and sound but what’s with these damn loot boxes? Unless you give EA more money (and lots of it) multiplayer is only going to be good for the rich and NOT for the skilled player. Definitely NOT buying it and I feel sorry for my friend as he’s so not impressed with multiplayer that he asked me to write this review. I’m not supporting EA by purchasing any of their future games.

After +-12 hours of gaming I am still really enjoying the game. When I stop playing I find myself strategising about my next gameplay session. Awesome graphics, sweet gameplay and lush open world give me what I want out of a co-op/multiplayer game. Yeah the story isn’t that gripping but to be honest, when I play I can never remember much of the plot anyway. For me it’s flying around with my flat mate and blowing **** up. I’d recommend this game if you have some friends that you can set up a private game with. Playing online is cool but it’s pretty much everyone for themselves.

Bought it purely for VR and without doubt it was the best experiences I’ve had on VR to date. Yes it’s only three missions but I started on easy, finished all three in a breeze and repeated again all missions on medium then hard. It’s a great “pick up and play” game when you only have 20 minutes or so and I find it a great escape after work. I’ve since played (well watched my 11 year old son) the “normal” game and I’m quite impressed with the gameplay, graphics and story of the game. My son was more adept when using the ‘normal’ control setup whereas I found ‘expert’ gave me more control in turns. He also needed help understanding what the HUD display meant and was a little confused how the targeting system worked. Not sure if there was a tutorial he skipped out- which knowing the impatient little fella, is a probability but he was able work out most of the game with little help from me and I guess he thought it was a good game as he wasn’t too keen on letting me have a go. I’ve not given it 10/10 as the gameplay is kinda short in VR but I understand that was a (very appreciated) add on to the main game, which as I said looks and plays pretty cool too. If you’ve got PSVR and ever wandered what it’d be like to fly a jet (let alone have a dog fight in one) and if like me you have always had a keen interest in fighter jets then you’ll be blown away, this is undoubtedly a remarkable experience that you’ll tell everyone about, unfortunately they’ll not truly know what you’re talking about- until they experience it themselves.

Another game that slots into my top 10 - but just. The only complaint I have with this game is that it’s kind of same old same with regards to missions after playing for about 50 hours or so. But that isn’t so bad really, I mean 50 hours of entertainment is good right? GRAPHICS +9/10 GAMEPLAY +10/10 ENTERTAINMENT +8/10 VALUE FOR MONEY +10/10

So glad this game wasn’t rushed for a ‘17 release. Well polished and a load of fun to play. It does get a bit repetitive but only after about 6 hours straight gameplay- rest for an hour or so and you’ll be itching to get back into the game. (My kids love it too!)

I’ve been playing this game for near on one year now. I get hooked and play endlessly for a few days and then it gets shelved for a month or two until I’m in the mood for some city building- serious replay value here. My advice, if you want to get the full out of the game is to bookmark this link ****/Cities:_Skylines_Wiki and to watch tutorial videos on YouTube. If you liked Simcities you’ll love this!

MICRO TRANSACTIONS spoil what would have been a contender for my personal top 5 games of 2017. I think paying £45 for a game should include ALL the costumes, weapons and steeds as part of the game and let us unlock them by completing specific tasks/trophies/missions and NOT by taking our credit card numbers. If the developers want to make more money then charge for “time savers” GRAPHICS 10/10 (seriously the best I’ve seen in any RPG, ever! Cannot emphasise enough how visually stunning it is in 4K) GAMEPLAY 9/10 ENTERTAINMENT 10/10 VALUE FOR MONEY -1000000000/10 (for the full ‘experience’ you have to pay at least double what paid for the game)

I absolutely loved this game...even though I never got to play through most (99%) of the game as it is without doubt the hardest game I have ever played. I put in about 40 hours and didn’t get far at all. Frustration finally gave way and I deleted it- the game had won! Apart from being impossible (for me) to last longer than 20 minutes on the very first level, I loved everything about the game. GRAPHICS +10/10 GAMEPLAY +10/10 ENTERTAINMENT +10/10 VALUE FOR MONEY 0/10 (only because I **** s*#t at playing it) Even though I was terrible at playing it I would thoroughly recommend it- unless you’re the type who can’t control their anger- when you die that’s it man, you start from the beginning- no save points- something which personally I wish they had included under a, “I give up” difficultly level.
