It's alright for a Mario fan who needs something to do but that gameplay is way to slow for a Mario game. Also in my opinion its not a Mario game to Speedrun if u are into speedrunning platformers. but mid Mario game anyways

This game does have iconic levels like Bomb omb Battlefield and Whomps Fortress but that controls and camera controls aren't good and I get it, it's the first Mario 3D game but still. I would highly recommend people are in the modern generation to play the rom hacks and PC ports of this game (in my opinion).

One of my favorite Mario games of all time! This game as some the best movement in any of the 3D Mario games. This one thing that some people are pointing out of this game that there are to much moons and I can see why but I don't really care about that. W game.
