I have seen a few lower ratings on the internet before watching this movie, may be that's the reason I liked this film, the expectation was too low. To my surprise this film is not bad at all. As we all know, Arnold may not be so great in character roles, but everyone loves him. In this film you can see a different Arnold, very controlled acting to his best. The film is a very touching drama, mixed in horror. The bond between a father and daughter is the backbone of the story. It's worth watching, not bad at all. The film deserves a better rating for a reason.

This film may not be a great crime thriller to glue to the seat. But, there are a few interesting things in the film for film lovers, like a younger Morgan Freeman. Story goes mostly as expected.

I haven't read the book. When you have seen the 1943 version, this film is too boring. Nothing is impressive except the amazing visuals, plus the Oscar Nominated Costumes also worth mentioning. I really don't like the period dramas, especially when it is so English, and I am not curious towards romantic films too.

From my favorite director, The Fountain is not very favorite movie. It was a great experimental film though. Many impressive visuals are there as usual. But, as a whole, the struggle and the three generations where to clubbed together to provide an amazing experience for the audience.

First of all, this is going to be a huge disappointment if you are a huge fan of the franchise. If you can stomach it, take it as an Independent movie with James Bond as the lead role... well, kind of different from the oo7 films we have seen and used to. Visuals are as usual stunning throughout the movie. It was a pleasure to witness homage to the gadgets in the car. There are enough thrilling scenes added to the nostalgia of a Bond movie. A strong villain was always the backbone of Bond films, but, here the build up was amazing, yet failed to creatively craft the villain, or his strength. That was the biggest drawback of the film, among other few things.

Takashi Miike is one of my most favorite Japanese film Directors. Definitely this is not his best work, yet, it's really good. This film is a little lengthy, slow paced drama with impressive sword fight sequences. Character development was also amazing, though I have no idea about the manga it was based on. A worth watching stylish action film.

There is no doubt that how Quentin Tarantino influenced the modern film makers. There are a ton of films in the same formula as Kate. The Japanese hut combat scene reminds me of the famous action scene from Kill Bill, only this was pathetic. It should have been executed well. Even the speed of action, acting and coordination was so poor that it made the first impression wrong about the film. Villains revealing their identify keeping "Ani" in the room was the most stupidest plot reveal. Well, this twist is obvious from the beginning, almost all the films in this Genre had the same twist, it's kind of funny though. Apart from all these negatives, you can still enjoy a watchable action thriller, if you are dying to see one.

A prehistoric movie directed by the acclaimed cinematographer Michael Chapman. The story is about Ayla who belongs to a different clan and joins a group of save-dwellers since her childhood. She turns out to be probably the first feminist. The film goes like a documentary with not much interesting factors. Daryl Hannah can be said as the attraction of the movie.

Am a huge fan of Mommy (2014) directed by Xavier Dolan. This gave me a huge expectation on this film. He also starred in the lead role. But, totally disappointed me. It failed to engage me completely into the movie.

One of the most anticipated movies of the recent times, the reason is that Dune and Villeneuve have a huge fan base. Dune is said to be one of the greatest films film that never made, when Alejandro Jodorowsky tried to make it. There is a documentary as well, it's a worth watch to see how well he was prepared for the movie. Another attempt was by David Lynch which was made into a film in 1984, which is said to be a cult movie. Even Lynch was hugely disappointed by the final product. When Villeneuve announced the film, the whole world of film lovers were eagerly waiting. Happily, he did not disappoint us. Part 1 is amazing. If you involve into the movie, it gives a satisfaction and don't let you down. It is planned to be a two parts film, and the audience are waiting for the sequel. Let's wait and see for the conclusion.

Am a huge fan of Polanski, therefore it is obvious that I love this movie like anything, especially when I have a thing for such kind of films. Roman Polanski also stars in the title role. The story is about a man who rents an apartment, circumstances leads him paranoid. Anything else about the movie is going to spoil the viewing experience. Just go ahead and enjoy the film.

It's an animated feature film, showing life and struggles of a few people in a city. They belong to different age has different background. There are a few good elements, but, not really great. They should have developed the Angel character and added more depth and connection to the stories.

From the beginning, the film gives you an expectation that you are going to watch something great, and definitely something amazing is going to happen, until the end; unfortunately, many things happens and you have no idea whatsoever. Just adding random confusions, glitch, and random gimmicks cannot help in creating a great amazing mysterious horror movie. This is below average movie under the skin **** movie.

A dark comedy which is amusing and interesting to watch, due to a different approach from Bob Balaban, this is his debut directorial feature. The story involves around a introvert boy, slowly revealing what's happening to him. Dark humor, and some interesting scenes makes it not a really boring movie. But, after watching, it's not really worth remembering for a long time. The three lead characters; Randy Quaid, Mary Beth Hurt and Bryan Madorsky did a great job. Yet, this is the only film of Bryan I can find.

I have seen poor rating all over for this movie, so, I was watching it without any expectations, May be that's the reason I really liked it. I have a taste for little bit weird and strange characters, this made me engage in the movie throughout. It's a good example of low budget experimental film making with limited actors and location. Impressive.

With a very good take off, this film gives a feeling **** thriller through half of the movie. But, slowly drops your expectations to low. Showing the same event from different angles is kind of repeating, yet interesting to an extend, giving a kind of Rashomon effect. But, that thrill was not able to keep up throughout the movie, spoiling everything to a stupid ending.

This is a movie that you will not regret watching. But, the problem with Shyamalan movies, is that, your expectation is too high. As in all his films, the build up makes your expectations shoot high. Here, you know what to expect, so you expect to expect the unexpected, but, your expectations gets expired. There are moments of thrill and mystery, but your mind keep demanding more, which this movie fails to provide.

The film starts with three random stories from the different parts of the world. They were directly connected to death. Slowly and steadily, and obviously they are destined to meet together. Film was slow and steady, like other Eastwood films. But, the problem was the three random stories scattered around and wandering aimlessly affected the viewing experience of the audience. Very predictable from the beginning, yet a lot of questions left unanswered.

I have a special taste for weird film that gives a lot of hallucinations, surrealism etc. This film is one of them. But, apart from the elements, this is not a perfect picture. It lacks totality and looses pace towards the end. You can give it a try to see how they pulled out some visual effects during early 80's.

Such a great movie from Hayao Miyazaki, a man who can take you to the magical world through animation. It's a journey that you really have to experience, that includes romance, magic, drama, war etc. A very well made film.

A 2 years old child was watching actions of this film, and did not allow me to watch any other films, that that starring Jackie Chan. Do we need a better review than this? The film was Directed by Jackie Chan himself as he was totally displeased with the previous movie "The Protector (1985)". It was a good decision by the martial arts legend and he was successful and followed by 7 films in this series. Very Interesting, Thrilling and Funny. A must watch for Jackie fans.
