STO is one of the best tactical strategy games I've played. Many things in the game, such as smoke grenades and other mechanics, add to the tactical element. The tactical training part in this game will help guide new players into being a master tactician. With various maps, many strategies are born, keeping the game fresh and exciting. Although more close quarters combat maps and better realistic sight ranges would be great, it's still worth every cent. That gives STO a 9/10.

Modern Combat 5 is probably one of the best FPS games for iOS, but that doesn't make up for its flaws. With constant crashes, the game is frustrating at times, which really makes things just bad. For progression in this game, its one of the hardest things to do without spending too much. The energy system forces you to stop playing every 10 minutes, then has you wait for 30 more to reach full recharge. To add on, the requirements for chapters to be unlocked are very difficult to fulfill. To me, the dev's Modern Combat 5 has done everything right, but just ruined the game for the sake of you emptying your wallet.

Subterfuge is a well designed and thought out game. It applies both elements of tactical thinking and diplomacy. Although the game is quite slow, it gives you the time to think, really drawing out strategical thinking. One major thing that makes this game keep you hooked is that it gives you and your opponents something to aim for. To win. Many other strategy games lack in PvP action, and over time, the game grows stale. But not here, the small 10-2 player game rooms make winning in reach, unlike the other multiplayer strategy games that have you and another million layers hopelessly scramble for 1st. With all these elements woven together, they create a game that is highly competitive, drawing out the best thinking in the player, making a highly enjoyable time. This game keeps on your toes and is a strategy game that has a rich element of tactical thinking and diplomacy.
