Braid Anniversary Edition4

I usually like puzzle games but I didn't like **** many times is kind of hard to know what the game wants you to do.I was about to drop it a few times. Maybe 16 years ago was a cool concept but nowadays I can name dozens of puzzle games that are way more engaging and fun than Braid.

This game does so many things very well. You're going through the memories of the character's life, from birth to **** themes are mortality and grief, developed in a deep yet hopeful and poetic way. Graphics are great and well-optimized. The gameplay is also well developed as you have control of a window of time back and forth (like Braid for ex.) Do yourself a favor though, play it with a controller and with a 27' monitor at least, the photography of the game is very cinematic, and many times the camera is very far from the character so that the player can better appreciate the environment, but on a small monitor or laptop it's hard to see where you're going. All in all a solid indie game that is worth picking up on sales.7.5/10

Probably the most overrated game I've ever played.
Non-existent gameplay, the game jumps, leans, crouches, etc. for you, you literally just give directions to the character and use a single button/lever.
So lazy of the developer to not include real dialogue but to have them use an incredibly ugly made-up language that sounds like they're speech impaired.
The only thing that really stood out for me is the graphics, which still hold up today and are very well optimized, the game can run on any potato and still look good.

Atmosphere and lighting are really good, and I like the fact that there are no cut scenes.
But get ready to get stuck and die a lot.
Needed a walkthrough so many times that wore the fun off a bit.
For me, it's a 6,5/10.

The best game I've played in recent years.
The story, vibe, and lighting as always top-notch, the atmosphere is so good too.
It's amazing what they've achieved without a single dialogue or cut-scene.
Improved upon Limbo on every single aspect of the game, puzzles here are way more logical.
It's a 9,5/10, I just wished it was longer.

I've finished the game and both the DLC.
The last DLC, The Tower, is the only part that I've enjoyed a bit more.
All of the rest is pretty meh and I've found the gameplay extremely clunky.
