Im sick of EA. The devs dont get a pass no more either. Everyone associated with easports should be Unemployed. Company just scams and steals and half a**es everything they do. Lets be real, they bought a license so that they could exploit and not have to worry about innovating or improving. Scummy company that finesses its customers. Really think about it, what have they done since buying the license? No signature animations for anything. Nothing cool in franchise. Scouting ****. The only thing they have is the nfl license. They dont even have historic rosters because they rather steal money through MUT. I hate this company

I played the beta. When i played the beta i was pleasantly surprised. It was the first time i agreed with it being a step in the right direction, since madden been trash since 07 when they went to 360. I ran victory laps telling people madden is actually good gameplay wise, franchise still is pitiful though. Fast forward to release and this game does not even play like it did during the beta. This game is horrible. We all know that and its clear that EA’s time as the sole nfl game needs to be over. They are an embarrassment to sports games and gaming in general. But lets get to the real issue i have, they packaged madden with cfb to trick people into thinking they were at all connected. It’s extremely shady, the importing players isnt possible and the importing of your RTG player literally offers no story, stat, face… nothing transfers besides the name. The games are not connected at all and then on top of that they did the bundle to benefit from the sales AND the fact that we cant refund the bundle because CFB hours played, even if you never touch madden. That alone tells me they need to manipulate people just to get sales that they wouldn’t otherwise get. It’s pitiful and pathetic. This the first madden in a yeara that i didnt buy used from somebody. I will never buy this game and give them a sale again. Also they need to change the name, Madden would be disgusted. Accidentally wrote this in the ps5 review. So ill post it here too. I put more effort into this than EA put into madden. When they lose the license and their jobs they’ll want us to feel bad.

This game preys on nostalgia and only delivers half of what is promised. Nothing done in CFB 25 is new or innovative. Scouting is improved but this game is supposed to be mote than a recruiting sim. Customization is beyond limited and the reasoning doesn’t make sense. Dynasty seems like it was built last min. No award tracking besides heisman. There’s no team info, about anything. Developing players is hidden and seems to be hidden. RTG deep dive has more depth than the actual mode. Not sure how they thought a menu based mode was going to go over well. Want to study here push A. Want to communicate with ppl here’s a pop up. The concepts are so outdated. I honestly feel insulted that they believed this was okay. They release team builder and it barely works, not only does it barely work but it’s literally the minimum creation possible. It’s picking a stadium and a few colors. No mascot, no traditions, no fight song selection. I don’t even think it’s laziness. The people at EA just lack imagination and cool ideas. They’re unwilling to add back the things we loved and they’re incapable of adding in cool stuff like a halftime /weekly wrap up show. It’s embarrassing for this to be a 4 year product.

EA sports is an embarrassment to sports and video games as a whole. They are pathetic, from the execs to the devs. I hope they know we do not respect and we do not like them, genuinely. They are not good people. You sell the same product for decades. Put no effort while making and egregious amount of money. As a football game it is bad compared to everything we have ever gotten. As a sports game it is a joke of a representation of football. As a video game in general it is awful at the devs should find new careers. EA conducts their business like scammers. They have no respect for their customers. And if they think their product is good then they’re just plain morons. I root for maddens failure and I will laugh at them when they lose the license. Madden is PATHETIC.

I don’t write a ton of reviews & I play all games but will always love sports games. I will not put much effort into this review because I will show 2k the same respect it shows it’s customers. VC and prices to enjoy the online aspect is predatory and pathetic. As an offline main.l, ERAS is okay but it’s a distraction from real franchise mode improvements. They turn off settings instead of fixing the issues. The heavy focus on mycareer and online gameplay has bled into offline 5v5 creating a miserable offline experience. This review isn’t a review bomb, I love 2k and been buying since Allen Iverson days. But what they’ve done with VC & Ignoring Franchise mode, is d*spicable

You review bombers are pathetic man. You guys are that hurt that a game you claim is terrible isn’t on PS. But that’s what PS players do, for some reason they think that they get paid by sony and profit from the company as well. Starfield has lived up to the hype. I’m enjoying it, definitely check it out. I’m on series X

Madden 23 is improved. When you improve upon trash and still are trash what does that say. No need to reiterate what madden doesn’t have or doesn’t do. There is nothing about madden 23 that will fundamental change the way you play. Field sense a gimmick. I’ve seen the same tackle, catching , etc animations for the 7th year. These people are criminals, and devs no longer deserve a pass. Grow a spine and stop agreeing to work on a game where you don’t do anything of substance. If you were in school and turned the same paper in every assignment with a few different words you would fail. Madden, EA, the NFL, Clint Oldenburg and anyone associated are terrible people. No it’s not just a game, these people are okay with generating billions in revenue using cards that have zero real world value. The cards are quite literally valueless. Madden could give you every card and not lose a single penny. They lock legends behind mut because they think sports gamers are dumb. And then the legendary players are just generic created players that madden makes and pretends they are anything like their real life counterparts. They’re too lazy to create signature movements and animations because they’d have to go through all players ever. That’s what happens when you don’t work on your game for years at a time. lol y’all realize they literally have the license to all players and espn and refuse to go above and beyond for no reason. The bare minimum can’t even be expected. First they couldn’t “afford” refs, lol okay. Now it’s what? Everybody , literally everybody knows this engine ****. Nope they won’t change it. They add old features and half a** them. They can’t even get SPAT TO LOOK DECENT. They’re terrible and lazy. Embarrassing. Madden is the reason gamers laugh at sports gamers. And the John madden stuff, a joke. This is their “dedication” to him. They used his name for good graces and sells. I dedicated more to Madden in these last 2 sentences than they have ever.

Honestly not gonna waste my time listing all the issues. Gameplay ****, it’s really embarrassing how broken some of this stuff is, repetitive animations. Franchise new features are just reskins of old features, the whole coaching tree is basically coach xp that’s always been there. The ONE feature that they’re implementing that matter is scouting and they couldn’t even get it into the game on release. I used to feel bad for the devs and people that didn’t make decisions. I don’t care anymore, i can’t wait for 2k football to come back. Hopefully madden will see the same demise as nba live. They’ve stolen enough money from us.
