Kind of dumb how people are writing reviews for this game while only playing the demo, but what can you do. I've already written my thoughts out for this game under the switch version, since that is where I played the most of it. Yes, while this game definitely needs a few patches to iron out some bugs, the game is nowhere near the "unplayable mess" others have described it as. The game is quite enjoyable if you put more than ten minutes in it. If you want to see a more detailed review, I suggest going over to the page for the switch version and looking at my review there.

Definitely doesn't deserve the score it has right now. For the time this game was amazing, considering the platform it was on. Today it doesn't hold up as well, but still had some fun in it on my revisit. I would recommend getting Minecraft for the New 3ds or this games sequel Battleminerz.

ISZ means a lot to me, I've spent way too many hours in this game then I would like to admit, and have met many friends through this game. The game is unlike anything else on the Nintendo 3ds, being somewhat of a "Day Z clone" with full online multiplayer and voice chat. The graphics are very basic but aren't ugly in a way that it could be a turn off for gamers. Sound design is very nice and the elements challenge your skill as you try to survive. However singleplayer is very unfair and unbalanced, with items spawning incredibly far away from each other, and a slow pace. The real fun lies in the multiplayer, which features great chatting mechanics, vehicles to ride on or fly with, and excellent gunplay. For it's 4$ price tag, I highly recommend it, even if I am a bit late with this review.

The Casebook of Arkady Smith puts you in the role of an investigator living in a futuristic city, where you must solve various crimes in an open world environment. The crimes themselves are very engaging and interesting as you work to solve it by investigating crime scenes and interrogating people of Interest. The crimes themselves can be difficult at times to solve, but that is just a part of the experience. PROS: - Cases can be very fun and engaging to play through, they really do put you in the shoes of the character and makes you feel very invested throughout. One of the first cases I had tasked me in solving the murder of a man who had his optical enhanced eye plucked out. Working through the case was very interesting, as my theories that I had at the beginning of the case on who did it were constantly changing with each new lead I had. It was like this throughout the game, and it was really fun. - The world and overall environment have a very nice feel to them, I can best describe it as a sort of cyberpunk Gotham city. The rain, crime, and overall dark feel attribute to that Gotham feel as well. The world feels lived in as well, with the stores, bars, cars, and NPC's littered all over the city. - The graphics and music are very nice, feeling as though they were ripped straight out of an 80's sci-fi movie. The soundtrack in particular brings this game all together with it's mysterious and almost ominous feel. The graphics and lighting are also beautiful to look at, while textures and models are simplistic, the lighting and reflective effects are genuinely beautiful to look at. CONS: - There is a notable lack of tutorial or direction in the game, which can be attributed to finding it out yourself in a detective sort of way, but to the casual player it can be frustrating and confusing. - There seems to be lack of polish with the controls, driving especially feels a bit wonky and controlling the player isn't the most comfortable either. Once you get familiar with them they do become easier and more comfortable to maneuver with though. - NPC's have very basic AI, and feel a bit behind the times in terms of today's games. They have no sense of direction and will walk straight into the street as an oncoming car plows them over. They kind of remind me of the NPC's from the Lego games. My final review of this game is: GOOD! I enjoyed my time with it all around, and will definitely replay it in the future. I would recommend you to pick this up, but know of the hint of difficulty if you are more of a casual player.
