I had very modest expectation about this game. But when I touched and tried it - I understood it's much better than I could expect. Only reason why 9 and not 10 - savings only on checkpoints. 1. Graphics - brilliant. It's "warm" and beautiful, 10/10. RTX 2080Ti - stable 60 FPS on 4k, all settings are on "Epic". 2. No more looting, happy to say bye bye to this misery. 3. Boss fights on "Challenging" and higher levels are really challenging. 4. There are different armor sets, although I don't have to waste time to farm it anymore. Win win. 5. Combos are still here ;) I know it's not so "hardcore" to learn and use them, but I love how their visuals and their effectiveness. 6. Multiple reviews were wrong - there is visible world, many of locations are not just caves or hallways. Yes, you can't go wherever you want, it's not real open world, but a) visually it's not closed space, b) it's hack&slash with puzzles, nobody promised GTA-style RPG. 7. You can still configure development of your hero, you can use a lot of different "consumables" (shards) to change your fight, game is flexible.

Do NOT buy this game. Do not throw your money on the wind. Graphics in this game like in games from 1999, there is no even screen resolution settings (no graphics settings almost just FOV and Fullscreen, that's all). Fonts are awful also.

2 bugs on start of the game no menu on start screen, and no mouse pointer, even after fixing first bug. Awesome! Was this game tested? It's not even alpha-level. Why should I waste my precious time to google about bug-fixes? I'm very frustrated and will NEVER buy nothing from DONTNOD they are noobs in game development.
