Original development staff of previous Harvest Moon games now create a game called Story of Seasons. Has none of the charm of previous games. Characters are bland. Disappointing for sure and the story was nonexistent compared to previous entries by the original developers. Change over to Story of Seasons to find your satisfaction.

One of my favorate top 20 games of all time. Still stands up alright today. Played originally back in 2006. Lots of spouses and a little chiotic for a Story of Seasons Game. Yes the Series is now called Story of Seasons. Natsume only localized developer was actually Marvelous. For future games of this franchise go to Story of seasons created by the original creators. US courts are dumb and game the copyright to the US company Natsume when it went to court when Marvelous no longer utilized them as a localization company.

My #1 favorite game of all time. I have played this game off and on since I got it originally in march of 2004. Multiple save files later and I have married every bachelor at least once. Can't wait for the newest game in the series. Where to start... music, bachelors, the child grows up, clothing, the animals? The music is hands down the best of the entire series. The Bachelors are all quite different from each other but Gustafa all the way! I love the fact the baby becomes both a child and later a teen. Hope this feature returns in the future. The animals are the most realistic looking and I have a love hate relationship with that but they are still so cute.

Only harvest moon in name due to court ruling that Natsume (US company, was localizing company) got to keep the name. Original developers Marvelous now create a game called Story of Seasons. Don't get fooled by the court awarding the name of a 20 year series to the localization company who had no hand in actual development before. Glitch riddled, poor character development, and poor graphics for the price. Literally came out as a iphone game then was "upgraded" into a PC/PS4/Switch Game. But if you played the iphone game then there where NO CHANGES. Save your money, games where not this glitchy and poorly worded even in the 90's. Gave it a change to have more farming games to play this will be the last time they get my money. Overall I would say save your money.

I have been playing Zelda games since the early 2000's but this is the first I have finished. Never played the original but I can hands down say this is my new favorite Zelda game. Followed by Wind Waker and Breath of the Wild. Love the Oil Clay texture, text speed and smooth frame rate. I have had no frame rate issues but I also cant see frame rate issues unless they are supper obvious. I have not noticed any slow down mentioned by other people. Just wish there was more to the dungeon builder. Normally I get lost or hit a timing/skill wall with Zelda title that prevents me from finishing did not happen with this one. I played it in normal mode.
