This game is good on paper like new Star Wars trilogy. It got good polish, good theme, enough new content but at the same time enough references to old games and mechanics... but all together does not work well enough to be worth waiting 10 years. Suffers from identity crisis between Game as a service and fun single player. Story lacks substance. Music is meh and not memorable. Game design decisions are more of a calculated prep for future monetization rather than crafted mechanics for players to enjoy. Please Microsoft kick out Bobby Kotick and his greedy managers and bring back passionate tech people and game developers and let them create the game they would enjoy.

Criminally underrated Witcher 3 story telling meets inception in Greece. I am not the greatest fan of ancient Greek/Rome story setting, but this game made it so interesting I stayed till 5 AM till I finished the game in at least different 3 ways. The game is no doubt masterpiece. Clearly product of love for the few developers that worked on it. The story, characters and dialog are well ground, fantastically delivered, and respect your critical thinking. Ending is elegant and although the plot is intricate all the loose ends are tied flawlessly.

The problem is that the game apart from: **** mode. ****/night map. 3. 3 new heroes O2 is a DOWNGRADE from the product O1 fans bought for full price. Quality that O1 had is gone in so many places: 1. Progression system!! 2. Missing skins, currency and collectibles! (migration bug) 3. Bugs and Server stability 4. Game loop is now non-existent and locked behind game pass 3. Quality and polish Blizzard was known in menus, sounds, transitions, skin creativity and tone also dead
