Gothic9

This game is gold. It really gives me true feel of progression and not only engages me to achieve more, but also gives me something to achieve. Well, of course it has issues, like, it's really hard to fight against more, than 2 enemies, but most of the time, biggest flaw of the game are glitches. And also, do not pick up mage class, you are doomed if you will. Other than that, game is just about perfect. Some might say outdated graphics, but i say screw you, i like even graphics, and just look at freaking sky!

The Movies8
Jan 29, 2013
One of the most underrated gems I've ever seen. I can play this game any day. I simply can't tell what's so cool about this game. Basically, everything. I can close my eyes on repetitiveness only because it's really one of a kind game. People should expand on the ideas that this game has! Imagine The Movies, but where you're not choosing scenes, but creating them yourself! It's sad, that there's no Movies 2, or hell, any other alike game, i really love it, the idea is great and still needs to be executed much better. But, I'm pretty happy with this game.

Final Fantasy XIII0
Jan 29, 2013
Game is incomplete garbage! I absolutely hate it. I hate it's gameplay, story, characters, graphics, visuals! EVERY SINGLE ASPECT! Gameplay is worthless boring button masher for +20 hours with exploration of giant hallway in which you won't find anything worth mentioning, ever. Story is boring-ass underdeveloped scrap of what could've not so bad story. Characters are **** and unlikeable. Graphics are mediocre, textures are okay, but nothing really to look at. Visuals are screwed up. So, okay, we have this "realistic" wanna be graphics, what should we do? ADD A GUY WITH IMPOSSIBLE BLUE HAIR OF COURSE! Or, motorcycle from two half-naked women?! WHY FREAKING NOT!? A teenager that annihilates fully armed and trained army soldiers, WHY NOT?! The world isn't ugly just because graphics aren't horrible, but you won't ever find any place, any building, anything worth mentioning. I simply can't put something, at least one good thing about this game! Oh, wait, i can, music is kinda cool, but they ruined it with some pop-singers. I usually was turning off music every time when some **** pop song started. Game isn't good because it's bad, it's bad, because it's bad. Really, really bad.

Mega Man Star Force 2: Zerker x Saurian7
Jan 29, 2013
So, basically, when i bought my NDS, one of the first games that I've ever owned was this Mega Man Star Force 2. I actually heard about it from my friend, who is kinda fan of Battle Network series and he was excited for this game. But let's talk about the game. I heard many complaints that it has pretty hard to learn battle mechanic. Surprisingly, i found it pretty easy, you have to read about 10 minutes of text and you are ready. You must collect cards with different abilities and pick 2/3 during battles, and after using cards you must pick up other cards that's given to you by complete random (which is a bit annoying and depends of pure luck). The only hard thing for me was reading storyline, your very first EPIC QUEST was picking up propeller, so Producer will get his flying thing to work in order to gain money. Link, eat your heart out. Basically, all dialogues and story aren't really interesting, it kinda feels like some average Bayblade-like anime. But if you'll learn how to fight, due to it's pick up and play nature and fast-paced combat, game is fun, but it's not a safe buy for sure. I cannot recommend this to fans of Mega Man, to fans of mediocre animes, hell, to anybody. It's just you either like it or hate. And I'm the one who enjoyed this game and found pretty fun to play.

Sonic Generations8
Jan 22, 2013
I love Sonic. I played his games on my Genesis and now i can play his games on my PC. First thing first, this game is brilliant. It has about 20 well designed levels and over 100 challenge sections, and I'm already in love with this game just because of those 20 levels. Challenges aren't that interesting, i found some of them okay, but most of them are pretty mediocre and they're actually biggest game flaw for me. Game demands you to pass through at least couple of challenges in order to progress. That's irritating and looks like they just wanted gamers to think, that's this game is bigger that it actually is. Because, game is really short, if you're skilled in Sonic games, you're probably gonna beat Generations in hour, or, i don't know, I'm not that good in Sonic games. So, challenges aside, game's main strength are levels. I LOVE THEM! All of them. For me, replay value is really high, i can replay Rooftop Run or Escape the City any time and i will enjoy just as much, as i enjoyed it first time. Probably even more, because in levels there are hidden, you know, things, that you notice after playing couple of times. Controls feels great, except for classic Sonic, i think, but it's not because controls has flaws, it because it's just hard to control him accurately because of really bright graphics and, well, camera should be zoomed in a little bit. But other than that, game is great and worth buying. Story is ridiculous, lazy and rushed, however, it's a game about blue Hedgehog that fighting bold Teddy Roosevelt, what more do you expect? But, to be honest, bosses are pretty easy and lazy, especially final boss, i found him hard just because i couldn't understand what was going on, and your friend's advises don't do any good. Also, remixes for Classic Sonic aren't as cool, as for Modern Sonic, Classic Sonic has some, well, i dunno how to call that kind of musics, just *music that i don't really like* yeap, that's solves that, while Modern Sonic got bad-ass guitars, violins and pianos, and freaking vocal songs. I honestly can listen some of them outside game. PC port is solid, graphics are awesome and controls are actually pretty comfortable for keyboard. In fact, maybe it's for PC, or it's just me, but i found controls for Joypad a bit laggy and i prefer keyboard. So, basically, i really want to rate this game higher, because, well, it's a real come back from a hero of my childhood, that everybody considered pretty much dead. Can't wait for the next installment (not counting Sonic the Hedgehog 4).

Red Faction: Guerrilla7
Jan 22, 2013
Key word for this game is: meh. Gameplay is pretty polished but legitimately gets repetitive really quickly. But what saves it and saved for me is it's destruction physics. When i saw it for the first time, i thought it was awesome, and i still think. Everything gets much more fun when you start to figure out how you can destroy building, or, you're shooting baddies while destroying building! It's cool, but overall game is repetitive and forgettable. But it's okay, you can let it pass and it is an improvement after Red Faction 2.

Red Faction II2
Jan 22, 2013
This game should not exist even logically. But logic aside, there's just nothing new, they just enhanced destruction physics a bit (and there's not much different) and added Jason Statehem (is that right?). Rushed story with not really polished gameplay equals - unworthy of it's first game sequel that must be avoided by any FPS or Sci-fi fans. Seriously, i passed through it, like after 4 hours, A.I. is broken and it's hard to die even if you'll try to, It's one of the first games, that used regeneration and you're just invincible there.

A great game. Hell, this game actually made me love FPS, before Red Faction i always preferred PRG's and other games. This game has interesting story, nice design and cool storyline, certainly must have for any FPS or Sci-fi fan.

Age of Mythology: The Titans8
Jan 21, 2013
This expansion is just as cool, as original game. This time, story has only 12 or 14 chapters, so, story is really good and fast-paced, i liked it. Also, creators added new culture Atlantes that spawned because of the ending of original game. They're a bit outbalanced, but overall this is a prime example of how expansions should be, unlike today's one day DLC .

Age of Mythology9
Jan 21, 2013
I'm not a big fan of Age of series. In fact, i played only couple of them and liked them, but there wasn't something that made me keep coming back. But Age of Mythology took my attention and I love this game even today and can replay whole campaign right after Nox. Game got my attention not by it's realism or story that based on real events, hell no, this game is pure magic that kinda based on actual story, but with Cyclopses, Colossuses (is that right?) and freaking Gods. All right, first things first, story is really good, it develops slow, but when you will reach Egypt levels plot will surprise you with some cool bad-ass moments and twists. Gameplay is your basic Age of mechanic, but here you also have power of Gods, you can unlock 4 unique abilities and by gaining, you know, God's love, you can create such creatures as Giants, Trolls, Cyclopses and other cool monsters. There's 4 different cultures and each of them are actually different and unique, trust me, because of that replay value is very high. My only complain is that story is REALLY slow and you will be bored of it by the chapter 20. There are bad-ass moments, but also tons of useless and forgettable ones. Other than that, game is just about perfect.

Spider-Man 2: The Game1
Jan 20, 2013
My god this is awful. I remember i was playing this just because i didn't have anything to play! Only thing that keeps it from absolute 0 for me is a Mysterio part, but only because i like idea of this, you know, wrecked apart city that floats in the sky. Other than that, it's one of the worst games ever made.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions8
Jan 20, 2013
This game is awesome. I don't really have anything else to say. But, well, except for selection of villains, like, i don't get why they took Deadpool or Juggernaut, they easily can be replaced as, i don't know, Punisher and Rhino. Gameplay is pretty repetitive and PC port a bit laggy, but game worth a while. I managed to beat it twice.

The Amazing Spider-Man7
Jan 20, 2013
Unlike movie, i like this game. It's a fun, a bit repetitive, but interesting game. Story develops slow, but not without couple of pretty good twists, gameplay mechanic is stolen from Batman games, but whatever, it's a great game mechanic and it's fun to beat baddies. Game is pretty easy, that's why i played it on hard mode and it kept me for 13 hours. Bosses actually mixed thing. First of all, they're supposed to be some of the iconic Spider villains, like Scorpion or Rhino, but they don't have any personality, they're literally animals, just mutated. However, battles with them are cool. City is big and very bright, but not alive, there's not much things to do except "take that human to the hospital, beat that bandit". Graphics and voice acting are great. Overall, this game is rather mixed bag, but i like this. I just hope creators will push all the good things off the limits on their next installment, because it's a first really good movie-licensed game in a years.

It's a really underrated gem. It has flaws and game is linear as hell, but because of my nostalgia and how good and entertaining this game is, i can easily forget those things and replay all 3 campaigns again. I liked this game as a kid, i like this game now, must be played by any fan of RPG games.

Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures6
Jan 20, 2013
At first i thought: huh, one of those Lego games on my portable console, sweet. And after actual playing i wasn't very disappointed, but there are many things that could've been better even without counting restrictions of the console. Mainly gameplay and puzzles, this game doesn't have this pick-up and play nature, levels are too big and i got tired of the most of them by the end of each, and puzzles not really interesting, you'll learn formula after 2 levels, or hell, if you ever played any Lego game. Repetitive doesn't really strike, since, it's a Lego game, everybody loves this ones, but here it's a bare minimum of the Lego game and doesn't feel like portable game, just rushed port. But it's fine by me, i had some hours of fun, 6 out of 10, i guess, especially if you're playing with friend.
