I'm going to be generous and give this game a 1. I have waited nearly TEN YEARS for a brand new Animal Crossing game and after all these years of developing and planning I find out that they decided NOT to give Isabelle a double barrel shot gun and include ZERO demons. Worst. Crossover. Ever. NintenDOOMED.

I like all the new Pokemon and the new mega evolut.... I mean giantmax forms. Honest to Arceus, I like the new Pokemon. Sword and Shield are rushed bare bones games. Pokemon should be held to the same standards as all of Nintendo's other franchises. Take your time and evolve the franchise. Just like Zelda. Just like Mario. Just like Fire Emblem. Just like Smash. Exactly like every other Nintendo IP.

Wolfenstein 2 excels at story, gameplay, and Panic Button have out done themselves with this port. The only thing it's missing is a co-op horde survival mode. Keep exaggerating the resolution to justify your favorite platform not supporting mobile play. It always gives me a good moral boost.

One of the best side scrolling action beat em up games you can play. A lot of content and satisfying gameplay.

The BEST side scrolling beat em up currently on the Switch. The old school controls and hit-box detection require precision and patience to master. The bosses are tough and have their own rules but the common enemies are fair, whatever you can do to them they can do to you. This game makes me want to build an arcade cabinet for my Switch. Great graphics. Responsive controls. You're missing out if you don't play this.

The best first person shooter of this generation. A campaign that focuses on gameplay and strategy instead of hand holding and cut scenes. Multiplayer promotes balanced weapons and a variety of game modes. Hopefully we'll see some co-op modes in future installments.

Black Hole has solid controls, large enemy variety, and offers a rewarding, fair, challenge. The wave based game play has high replay value for those who strive to achieve the highest score possible. I highly recommend this to anybody who likes twin stick shooters. Just remember two things; do not hit "B" while the game is paused and put the Switch into airplane mode BEFORE you launch the game IF you don't intend to use internet. An annoying bug can occur but it's avoidable and worth the minor hassle for the amazing game play.

I wish I could use ZL/ZR for my attacks instead of L/R and the hit detection takes a quick warm up game to get use to. Other than that I really like this game. Combat is fun and satisfying. Exploring the map is rewarding. A few mutators for replayability. I, personally, embrace the graphics going for the Doom or Wolfenstein look rather than Minecraft but it's purely preference. A first person action/shooter random level generator dungeon crawler for less than $10. If that sounds like your type of game this definitely needs to be on your Nintendo Switch.

You want a game to recapture the 90's AND compete with modern platformers? Make up your mind with what you want. You want a modern platformer? Play Mario Odyssey or Splatoon's story mode. You want to play a 90's game? Play Yooka-Laylee. That was the entire point of this game being made in the first place. The controls are tight, controlling the camera is smooth, music is charming, the "voice acting" and dialogue will make you smile and laugh. Platformers are relatively simple games. Don't let your nostalgia and the Rareware team getting back together hype set your expectations unrealistically high.

I like the level progression and I appreciate the developers making the game stick out. However simple mistakes hold this game back. Rarely, some enemies will blend in with the environment which can be slightly annoying. Item power ups are unbalanced. The "E" power up dominates over the others to the point you'll want to restart until you get it. The "B" power up is a nuisance that distracts you because there is nothing that differentiates your bullets from enemy attacks. Once you get use to looking for enemies in the art style and you've got your "E" power up the only thing that will ruin your fun and pace is when certain bosses one-hit you.
