Transparent: Season 110
Oct 21, 2015
Don't listen to the naysayers. Transparent is a truly unique show about family, values, what we should be like in our lives vs what we want to... Thematically the show really delivers. However, it can be difficult to get into it... But make an effort, get past the first 3 or 4 episodes and I bet you will be hooked. You won't be disappointed...

Hannibal: Season 310
Jun 22, 2015
Bit of a slow burn this season. But strong acting and writing as usual and the cinematography of this show is basically top notch. Hopefully, we are headed to another strong season. Unfortunately, heard today this terrific show has been cancelled. If Amazon wants to gain loyal subscribers and established themselves as a strong brand of streaming programming like Netflix, then Amazon should pick up this show for a 4th season. It will give them a great deal of buzz, a terrific show in their hands and the general knowing that they made the right call. Fingers crossed.

Rectify: Season 210
Jun 27, 2014
Sadly underappreciated show. This new season of Rectify starts strong as I hoped it would be. Even though Daniel is not quite present in the first 2 episodes, other characters such as Tawney, Amantha, Janet and Teddy takes center stage and everyone gets to shine. How many dramas are able to do this? to alienate its central character for a few episodes and remain utterly brilliant? Rectify is unique. Give this show a try and I'm sure you'll not be disappointed. Loved it so far.

The Americans: Season 210
Mar 1, 2014
Only 1 episode of this new season aired but 'The Americans' is a much more confident show than it ever was. It's well acted, well written and the story the show is telling is extremely compelling. Must watch tv. Absolutely loved it.

Six Feet Under: Season 510
Oct 29, 2013
I didn’t watch Six Feet Under on its original run, instead getting the box sets and only finishing the series last year, and as I read a lot of Internet blogs, I already knew more or less how this famous episode ended. Regardless of this fact, I was still unprepared for the emotions I would feel watching it. I wept… honestly I did. The last four episodes of the series feature some of television’s most gut-wrenchingly raw emotion, to the point where there can be no way a series finale episode could offer any way out of the darkness. But it does. “Everyone’s Waiting” does an amazing job of offering emotional catharsis and new directions for everyone involved, but the famous ending montage truly elevates an already brilliant episode into absolute perfection. If you aren’t an utter wreck of tears and feelings during those final six minutes, you just aren’t living Grade A Season of television.
