Incredibly meh. Same guns over and over, movement feels awful, music is crap, lame items, you have to change diapers on the axolittles (wtf?), can't heal until battle is over. For a game that charges more than Enter the Gungeon and gives you a sixth of the content, you would be better off just buying Gungeon. Also, permanent upgrades in a rogue-like are usually a bad idea. Especially in this game which is already hardly challenging, it makes the game a cake walk. I bought because I wanted to support the developers and the genre, I'm regretting the decision.

I had mild expectations but this blew those out of the water within the first hour! Sure, it's not as difficult as other entries in the genre, but the combat, setting, npcs, soundtrack are all top notch. Anyone complaining is elitist. This is the best Soulslike we've ever gotten. PLAY THIS GAME NOW 9.5/10

This is a soulless persona clone. This game takes the best parts of that series and makes them worse in almost every way. Story is generic, enemies lack flair, battles are incredibly lackluster. I can't recommend this game to anyone, spend what precious time you have left on earth elsewhere. You might get something out of it, but not without a mind numbing slog through mounds of text and mediocre gameplay.
