It has great w40k atmosphere. Fighting Imperials and Chaos feels great, and game can really **** you in for those few hours of campaign. It has some problems though. Aiming is not as precise as it could be, this being ps2 port, and many weapons feel a bit inaccurate and weak. Once you know which weapons are the best, however, gameplay smoothes out a lot. Also, sometimes i wished for more dense checkpoints at some levels. I expected more bloody experience, this being w40k game, but they cared about PEGI rating, i guess. Overall, at first it seemed like average 2000-ish shooter, but it only got better while playing through it. Play GOG version, retail have many problems on modern PCs. 8/10
