Just wow.... This game is painfully cringe. On the plus side, the fans of 'the acolyte' will have something to do since Season 2 was cancelled.

5v5 game play removing one of the tanks completely changes the balance of the game. The TTK (Time To Kill) has been dramatically reduce, and every character has had a movement speed boost, resulting in a very frantic style of gameplay -- a far cry from the team based tank, DPS, and support system that used to exist in the 6v6 setup. The interface has removed OW1 players prestige icons, removed the ability to continue working toward them, so if you were an OW1 player with a gold or diamond portrait icon, we'll never know. The gameplay doesn't feel anything like OW1, and instead feels more like Apex or Valorant, which is fine, but not what drew many players to this team centric FPS. Oh, and the PVE doesn't exist. Maybe we'll see that in OW3.

If this game was play tested, any notes or critique was clearly ignored. dismantling, selling, or crafting items is a constant chore that I have spent literal hours doing one click at a time. Character upgrades are capped in a way that you will have to be VERY selective about where you put your skill points, and the skill points you get are given out at a painfully slow drip feed. The main storyline is.... fine? The game shines with it's side quests, but it is by no means as gratifying as I was hoping. $128,000 motorcycle is no faster or better handling than the free one you get (I saved before the purchase, so this wasn't a complete loss of currency) The AI is stupid.... I occasionally trigger police alerts just to level up because you can kill the 3 or 4 waves they send your way without dying fairly easily, then you just walk away after said waves and your 5 star rating just kind of goes away...

Liberate Hong Kong, the revolution of our time. I remember when you weren't a bunch of cash grabbing scumbags.

It's essentially 'Ryse: Son of Rome' except that they got their price tag correct at launch. I would greatly stress that this is a LINEAR hack and slash.. you will be walking down a path, being told a story, while occasionally going into a round fighting room / area. It tells a decent story, and it's interesting, but I didn't really feel any sense of fear as everyone would have you believe. It's far too predictable to truly get under your skin.

Over Hyped. The humor feels incredibly low brow. It reminds me of the same kind of humor that is required to watch 'The Eric Andre Show'. So If you like phoned in, painfully drawn out punchlines, you may enjoy this game. It has unique aspects in the game, but it's a fairly boring play style. The most interesting aspect is figuring out how to show mercy on your opponent, but it's not enough to make the play style enjoyable

Storyline nearly as weak as Titanfall. Uncreative FPS, reach destination and kill waves until your ghost is done (insert task here). No proximity chat (A universe full of Guardi-- Mimes..).

I feel like this was kind of a cash crop for EA.. They focused heavily on 'crafting' where you have to use supplies that you find throughout the game. They give you the option to purchase components and materials through micro transactions. I felt somewhat let down by this third installment.

It's pretty hard to capture lightening in a bottle twice. I'd say they gave it their best shot, and it was an all around very enjoyable game. They had a winning recipe and didn't deviate. The story progression was good and some of the achievements were incredibly stressful difficult (play on hardcore and you only get to use 3 saves for the entire game) which I enjoy.

Ubisoft must have taken feedback from AC3, because this game fixed some of my biggest complaints (not all, but some). Multiplayer maps are once again larger, they are closer to the maps you would find in AC Brotherhood, with multi-level, large maps. The campaign has brought back upgradeable armor (through crafting), which changes the appearance of your character while also adding health perks. Though I wasn't a large fan of the ship in AC3, they made it much more enjoyable in AC4, treating it more like your 'horse' than just a clunky side mission memory. All in all, i would say this is a huge step in the right direction for the AC franchise.

The interface is a little clunky and it always prompts you to save your video (please god no), and it also tries to squeeze extra money out of you by providing songs you can purchase (to be expected). All in all it's a fairly enjoyable game, gets me off the couch and burning calories by jumping around. I've had a couple friends play it when they come over and everyone has a really good time.. I even busted this out during an ugly Christmas sweater party, it as a big hit. The kinect does a pretty good job of tracking yer movement, I was actually impressed by how well it did with people scattered all over (it does have trouble if someone is standing directly in front of you).

Pros: The game looks really good, and it was kind of neat to go into battle formation with other soldiers. Cons: Repetitive, predictable, no challenge, only 10 stages. It was a pretty big let down.

I cant believe this game flew under my radar. It reminds me of resident evil 4-- its a horror survival game with over the shoulder shooting, several upgradable items, skills and suits.

Wait for a price drop---The critic reviews are off by a mile (as in most cases). The single player campaign is not well written, the challenges for each stage are not available as you are playing through the stage (you need to keep track on your own). The multiplayer is its only redeeming feature, however, its nearly identical to the first black ops (which is fine)..

The multiplayer was one of my favorite features on this game. I just logged in a couple nights ago after a thorough disappointment on AC3's multiplayer. To my surprise, there is still a huge following for ACB's multiplayer. This game is at the top of my list.

I own and love every other Assassin's Creed game, however, this one truly disappointed me because: *They removed ARMOR UPGRADES *You can no longer purchase and unlock STORES *You can no longer purchase and unlock MONUMENTS *NO PARACHUTES *The INVENTIONS you unlock are decorations for you're house *SYNCHRONIZATION points don't reveal the entire map the game ends up feeling more like a chore than an enjoyable adventure
