Eclectus

The single player campaign is sublime, and as others have mentioned the graphics, particularly the visual effects shine. Great melee based combat, and shooting. The multiplayer gives more experienced players more classes/abilities/weapons. For me the Jury is still out on that, long term it's satisfying, short term its less accessible. The cinematics, and story work well, and will delight 40k fans. Surpassed my expectations in all areas other than multiplayer.

This is a shooter done right. The guns, visual effects, audio and controls feel perfectly tuned, and the game punches well above its weight. The gameplay, pacing and level design are stronger than other games in the Genre, Gun Porn sums it up well. If you like shooters, you'll finish this one.
