Very good game, the parts with Grace in Rhodes Hill and Leon in RE2 were absolutely awesome. However a lot of the game did meander a bit, and some of Leon's parts were bordering on RE5 camp. Weak villains and a story that felt like it had no bearing on the larger overall story. The Tofu cameo in RPD made my junk jiggle though, and for that, 8/10.
This is the pinnacle of gaming. I talked to my dad again after 13 years after playing this transformational game. Cory is most definitely in the damn house!
I gave it a 7 for the voice acting and some minor improvements. FFTactics is one of the best games and story of all time. I just wish there had been more added to the story and different optional characters or areas, maybe a job class or two. Still happy to have it.
The idea of this game is waay better than the execution. Open world, biking through the PNW sounds and should be awesome. Instead its boring as hell and the zombie horde mechanic does not get used to its full capacity.
Giving it a 3 because I liked the game as a kid. Why in the hell would I pay $50 for this when the big new spin is fast forward and a slight makeup of the graphics. $20 max. I mean, even when Naughty Dog releases their 10th remaster of the same game in as many years that no one asked for, they only charge people who already played the games $10. Remasters need to add content to the original to separate themselves. I will not buy these for that rate, I will just wait for them to eventually become free on PSN.
This is the best game I have played since Red Dead2. People complaining about the game being long can just ignore most side quests. I might be one of the few that wishes there were more. I have waited on this game since i was a child, and now that it's here, I had no problems milking every little bit out of it i could.
The game looks great, the skill tree is pretty good, however, the level scaling with enemies just ****. I got stuck on a dungeon boss, spent time gaining a couple levels to go back and beat him, just to realize he also grinded and was now a level ahead of me. Made the game unfun. When you run into new enemies you know there is no excitement in how powerful they will be, they'll be about the same level as you every time.
The gameplay was ass then and it’s ass now. No leveling up, and no weapon upgrades, also the magic is repetitive and boring. The map looks like **** with 100’s of the same mission markers over and over
